Just returned from a lovely weekend in this caravan. Caravan is brillaint with everything you can think of. Location is great, close to amenities but not too close that you can hear the entertainment! Very clean and the welcome gift was a lovely touch. This was our second time staying in this beautiful caravan. It was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. Booking was easy, owners Karl and Natasha were fantastic- extremely helpful and friendly and responded to our queries straight away. They left some welcome treats for us too! This was our second visit to Karl and Natasha’s caravan and again everything was faultless. All the way through the booking process to arriving and during our stay nothing was to much trouble! The caravan has everything you could possibly need. It’s spacious, modern and absolutely spotless. It’s also in a great location. We have just arrived back from a lovely family break staying at this beautiful, clean caravan, and within 24hours we have re booked to stay here again! It was perfect, every little detail to toys for the kids, travel cot all set up ready for us and even a little welcome gift! Owners kept intouch from the minute we booked till we left. Little home from home, felt so relaxed there! Can’t wait to return xx

If I could leave a higher rating then excellent 5 star, I most certainly would! This was our third stay at this beautiful caravan. Everytime always feeling as special as the first. The caravan is absolutely immaculate! Smells fabulous! The owners have provided everything you would need for your perfect stay. I would always bring my own bedding anywhere I stayed, but not here! The beds are immaculately clean! The caravan is very spacious, beautifully decorated, fire is amazing when your snuggling up after a busy day. I can not recommend staying here high enough. The owners are just as lovely as their caravan. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, keeping in contact with you to ensure all is okay. Even adding special touches. On every arrival we've had tere's been lovely little gifts left for all of us adding that magical touch to your stay. We're already looking at the next dates we can book for our fourth return. Thank you for making our holiday perfect and so trouble free x

Myself and my husband really had a good time in the caravan. We went for a bit of relaxion time and that's exactly what we got caravan was clean, tidy and very welcoming. Shower was amazing!! Had everything we needed and even had netflix. Will definitely be booking again next year

I never realised a caravan could feel so homely until we had a stay in this lovely place..honestly the nicest caravan we’ve stayed in by far! This home from home has everything you could need: Hairdryer, iron, high chair, travel cot, tv with Netflix & Xbox, lots of books, puzzles, games, toilet roll, hand soap & full tea, coffee, sugar canisters. The owners also left wine, beers, sweets & chocolates which was a lovely touch! Most of all, I liked the fire, as well as the little touches like the ornaments & plaques. Would definitely recommend :)

We stayed in this caravan last week and we had a great time. The kids loved it. This was down to the owners being in contact with us from start to finish and making sure we knew what to do and where to go and helping with bookings. The owners left us some welcome goodies too that was a lovely gesture and really started our holiday off. The caravan was lovely and we will be booking again to go back next year, I can’t recommended these guys enough. Thanks again x

Would highly recommend booking with Karl if you're looking for a beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and well equipped van in North Wales. The additional touches like the board games, welcome goodies and all the cooking equipment you could need made the stay really easy. Karl was easy to contact and happy to help/ advise. All in all, a great stay- I'd definitely recommend if you are looking to stay around Prestatyn!

Would like to say how beautiful this caravan was very clean and lots of space the best caravan I have stayed in and stayed in a lot. Games for children, BBQ and seating area outside and even beer, wine and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch . Not a bad word to say about this caravan and the owners. clean to the highest standards possible. the owners couldn’t do enough for us, even added a little extra touch to the caravan as it was for a special occasion. I couldn’t recommend this caravan enough!! Karl has been so accommodating and nothing is to much. The extra touches when you arrive are unexpected and show how they go above and beyond to make there guests holiday an enjoyable and smooth stay. The caravan itself is spotless, spacious and has everything you would need...it really is home from home. Along with the lovely decor they’ve even put an Xbox and children’s games in the caravan to keep the children happy. Definitely a 10/10 on all aspects I will definitely be booking again! The caravan was immaculately clean, spacious and very comfortable with modern decor. It had everything we needed, including kids games for our little one. Just a few minutes walk to the main complex and entertainment as well as the beach. Owners Karl and Natasha were fantastic, responded to our questions quickly and were very polite, friendly and helpful. We all had a great time there and would love to go back again. Thank you!

Absolutely gorgeous caravan, with fabulous owners! If I could rate this owner any higher I would. We absolutely loved our stay here. So much so, our children (and us) were so upset to leave and have asked can we return soon. The caravan itself is immaculate, so clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated. The owners have supplied everything you would need for a perfectly comfortable, relaxing holiday. No need to take utensils or bedding. The bedding provided here is spotless, fresh and clean and all utensils provided that you would need. The location is perfect. Not too close to the entertainment, but not too far either only a 5 minute walk away. The owners themselves are very accommodating and have thought of everything you would need for your perfect holiday. We will definitely be returning soon and can't rate this owner enough!

A fantastic immaculate caravan perfect for families with young children. Pretty much everything we needed was included. Kids particularly had a great time with the Xbox as a bonus. Some welcome beers and a bottle of Rosé was a nice touch from the owner. We all had a great time. Thank you Karl & Natasha for this amazing experience.

Caravan is very modern and is very clean.. Just a short walk to all the facilities on the camp.. Fantastic caravan stay at presthaven sands. Karl and Natasha was great hosts, nothing too much trouble and was only a phone call away. The caravan is in pristine condition ( Brand new) with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Bright and Welcoming with modern furnishings and decor.
