Six berth, platinum graded static caravan located along the coast of Northumberland.
A great base to visit and explore the delightful county of Northumberland.

Equipped with USB ready sockets throughout.

Three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table with separate door leading to main bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds (standard single size) and wardrobe.

Main bathroom - Toilet, sink with large shower.
Additional separate WC with toilet & sink.

Kitchen - Modern, well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, grill and large fridge/freezer.
Dining table and chairs to seat 4 in open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

Living room - Free and unlimited WiFi, Smart TV, electric fire and large corner sofa.

Externally - Full wrap around decking area, designated parking for two vehicles, rattan patio furniture.

Bedding and hand towels are provided, free welcome pack.

Site facilities: Bar, restaurant, swimming pool, arcade amusements, all weather sports area, shop, daily entertainment, children's park and surrounded by woodland. Site facilities are open March-November. Passes can be purchased from the reception office onsite, upon your arrival. We are able to give you an indication of price for these but cannot provide you with them.

This van doesn’t disappoint! Our first time to Northumberland and we chose well, the van is at the back end of a small site lovely and quiet pitch,we spent most evenings drinking on the decking watching rabbits and wildlife, no noise from others it was lush! We used it as a base to visit Alnwick, Morpeth, Druridge and other surrounding areas as well as use most of the facilities on site like swimming, kids entertainment and the shop and arcades The van is like a small home it has everything you need very comfortable- had an issue with the heating and after a few pics and texts to Claire it was sorted in 10 mins- perfect! Couldn’t ask for more the positive guest book inside says it all- book here you won’t regret it x

This was a lovely caravan, it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, there were extra luxury items, like a coffee machine (which we didn't use) but a nice touch. Bedding was clean and rooms fresh, the caravan smelt lovely. Lots of air freshners around. Useful having two toilets. The balcony was a blessing for my dog, he loved sitting out there and watching the rabbits! There's a big parking space, you could fit two cars there easily. We were on a very quiet part of the park, the caravans next to us were both empty and lots of the others seemed to be. All in all this caravan is of a high standard, probably the best one we've stayed in. I highly recommend it. I liked it was dog friendly. The owner is very nice and helpful.

This is an extremely clean, comfortable and well kept caravan. Although the weather wasn’t particularly kind to us the week we were there, this caravan took the edge off the disappointment a little because of how nice it is.

Beautiful caravan, exceptionally clean. Lovely peaceful location. Decking an added bonus with it been south west facing you get sun most of day. Claire couldn’t have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble. Five minutes from beautiful beach. Would certainly return and recommend to family and friends.

We stayed in this caravan for 4 nights with our dog and the caravan was lovely, very clean, great facilities and was exactly as it looked on the website. There were some lovely touches in the caravan (games for rainy days and a playstation/games as well), there was a SMART TV with access to Netflix, etc and free wifi. There was a lovely decking (with lockable gate) with patio furniture which was great as we had lovely weather so it was nice to be able sit out in the sun and leave the door open for the dog to come and go as she pleased. It's in a beautiful part of the country with lots of country parks, attractions to visit and beautiful long sandy beaches which never seem busy no matter how lovely the weather. It's a fairly small, quiet holiday park with a small shop, pub and some entertainment facilities for the children but there's plenty more attractions/shops/pubs nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

This caravan is beautiful it has everything you need and more. It is in a lovely position in the park. The decor is modern with lovely touches. We had a lovely weeks stay and could have easily stayed another week.

Just returned from a Fri to Mon break in this lovely dog friendly caravan. Everything you could think you would need is provided, including Wifi, and large Smart TV. Beds made up also you just need towels. Gated decking with the outdoor furniture is really nice also. Thank you Claire and family for a wonderful home from home holiday. 5*

This is an exceptional caravan. Lovely decorated and on a beautiful part of the site. Claire checked that everything was ok when we arrived. Really comfortable and our 11 year old son was made up that there was a PlayStation. Great place to be situated for the nearby beach walks with the dog and also for days out to nearby attractions. Overall it was a great holiday and well impressed with the caravan.
