Just back from a lovely stay for Easter bank holiday weekend, booked very last minute so very lucky to get it! Caravan was comfortable and well equipped with plenty of storage for a family of four with 2 young children and a dog. It was generally clean but could do with a ‘deep’ clean - but I am quite particular! It’s also a little tired, showing it’s age in places (laminate peeling off of drawers/furnishings and some window catches no longer working) but perfectly adequate for us and we felt it good value for a bank hol weekend. The site is great, very modern with loads to do for the kids and good catering. Also a good location with plenty of places to visit, beaches etc. Cons: I would say, however, we were surprised to find that we had to pay for use of the site facilities, as this is not mentioned anywhere in the advert or by the owner when I messaged asking if we needed passes for the pool etc. just told to go to Reception. We were shocked to have to pay another £80 on top of the caravan hire for the passes (£27 for adults and £22 for kids - toddler was free) This makes a huge difference in the overall cost of the holiday - an added cost we (possibly naïvely) hadn’t factored in. I think this is misleading and should be made clear in the ad. Another issue was keeping warm in the caravan! There’s no actual proper heating and being a chilly April weekend we found the nights and early mornings a bit fresh! There is a gas fire in the living room but with a toddler careering about and no fire guard, we couldn’t risk it. An electric plug in heater was provided to be fair but these aren’t known for their safety so couldn’t be left unattended or overnight, or set it to come on/off. Just a consideration to bear in mind for the less hardy! Also the “Woof Park” is a nice idea but it’s absolutely tiny! Not the owner’s fault obviously and it was great to find dog-friendly accommodation anyway, so not a huge problem. All in all we had a lovely stay and if some of the above points were addressed, we would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Following booking the owner failed to send any relevant information, therefore it was assumed there was no further information and the keys were to be picked up at reception. our party were travelling in two separate cars due to myself, the holiday booker, travelling the 8 hour drive later in the day. My mother arrived at the park at 5pm and attempted to collect the keys from reception, they said there was no booking and sent her to a neighbouring site, who did the same again before she could contact myself to call the owner. The owner said she had no knowledge of a booking and asked to call me back to check. To be fair she did apologise for not sending any information. When I arrived at 10pm I found my mother fretting that there was no bedding. I’m aware that some let’s don’t provide bedding, which would be fine as I would have just packed some. But again since we didn’t receive any information, I assumed it was included with the service charge. I called the owner again, as I thought it was possible it wasn’t provided because she wasn’t expecting a guest. She simply confirmed there was no bedding provided. I stated I will have to go out at 10 pm and buy four full sets of bedding after an 8 hour drive. There was no apology or response. Spent £160 on four bed sheets four duvet covers and 6 pillow cases as cheap as I could get, that I will never use again. I didn’t receive any email with the missing information or any proper follow up or apology between the first contact and check out . Positives. Caravan was clean to say we weren’t expected, it’s comfortable and has everything you need if you’re aware of the bedding. The park seems fresh and new and great for kids..

Had an amazing time, definitely recommend this caravan .Very spacious and had a lot of room.We came with our 10 month old baby and he had a lot of room to crawl and play. Had everything in the caravan what you need to feel like home. Sad to leave but we will come back next year for longer time :) Thank you

We have just had a lovely stay with our twin girls at this caravan we had a great stay and would highly recommend! We will book again in the future. We actually came home on the Sunday evening as had to be back for work Monday but the price was so reasonable we were happy to pay for the 3 nights.

We stayed here for 4 nights , caravan was perfect location to all places to see. Well kept with everything in it that we needed, it was very spacious and proper Size wardrobes and so much space! Great communication with the owner too would Highly recommend this caravan, parkdean resort it was on was also one of the best we've been to. Can't wait to book again :)

Beautiful place, recommendable, caravan very well-kept clean, a lot of attractions at the resort for smaller and larger children. Wonderful surroundings and beaches, beautiful views, cliffs. I highly recommend.
