3 bedroom static caravan at Barmouth Bay, Tal-Y-Bont, Gwynedd, West Wales. Double glazed, central heated, sleeps 8 guests.
The living area has a large corner sofa plenty enough room to seat 8, with a built in double sofa bed, electric fire, 43" Smart HD TV with private Wifi (Vodafone) so you can log into your own amazon prime or netflix accounts.
The dining area has a corner sofa with table and 2 stools.
The kitchen comes complete with kettle, toaster, built in microwave, full size fridge / freezer, Mugs, glasses, plates, bowels, cutlery, slow cooker and general kitchen utensils.
There are 2 toilets ( 1 separate ) and ( 1 in the shower room ) - Full shower cubicle with sliding glass door.
Parking - hard standing next to the Caravan with room for 2 cars.
Mattress protectors, pillows with protectors and duvets are provided for all 8 beds - just bring pillow cases, sheets , duvet covers / sleeping bag with you.
Dogs are welcome but please don't let them jump on any of the sofas or beds. Also ensure they're cleaned and dried off before entering.
The caravan is situated on a large popular spot ( plot 128 ) in the Beautiful Snowdonia National Park..

Leave the van in the same condition as you found it to ensure the next guests get the same high standards as we would of set for you.
