Brand new Family Owned 2021 Deluxe caravan situated in Poplar Grove on the popular Haven Burnham on Sea Holiday Village park.
Poplar Grove is located in very close proximity to the main complex, small children's park, shop and swimming pool.
Perfectly positioned to explore the lovely seaside town of Burnham on sea and somerset.
Our brand new caravan sleeps 8 people in 3 Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is a double with overbed storage and a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a small dressing table, additionally, there is a wall-mounted Smart Tv for your enjoyment, a Hairdryer is provided for your convenience.
There are two twin bedrooms both with overbed storage and a wardrobe again with plenty of hangers. There is a bed guard should it be needed.
There is a comfortable pull out small double sofa-bed in Lounge
The large open plan living area is light and spacious with Comfortable L shaped fixed seating, a 43" Smart TV and WIFI, with sliding patio doors, we also include some family games for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is open plan and has an Integrated Microwave, Oven & grill, 4 ring hob with electric ignition, currently, we have a fridge with freezer box however new for 2021 breaks an integrated fridge freezer will be installed. We have equipped the kitchen with additional items to make cooking easier, we also provide children's plates, bowls and cups. There is a large dining area with fixed table and bench seating, we have included an iron and small ironing board as well as a hoover should these things be required during your stay.
Our caravan has Central heating and double glazing as well as an additional electric fire to the lounge,
The main bathroom is large with an extractor fan, double-sized shower, toilet, vanity unit and storage space. the caravan benefits from having an additional toilet making this ideal for the larger family.
Outside we have an exterior light, a patio area and a large grassed area directly outside, there is an allocated parking bay outside the caravan.
**Decking to the front and a side platform steps are being installed in the coming weeks and so will be available for all 2021 breaks (pictures will be updated when it's installed) **
As a family ourselves we know how frustrating it is arriving and having to make up the beds so this is included in all of our breaks as well a complimentary Starter pack consisting of washing up liquid, tea towel, cloth, sponge, shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, toilet roll we hope this will make your stay that little more comfortable.
We offer FREE WIFI (up to 4 devices at once) Please note this is Mobile Wifi with a strong signal and is suitable for social media, emails etc we have successfully used zoom and regularly watch Netflix.
Break price is for accommodation only this does not include Haven Fun Passes, these are required should you wish to use the swimming pool and Live lounge entertainment venue, these are available directly from Haven reception on arrival, full info is available on the Haven website or please do ask if you require more info about this. Passes are not required if you don't need or want to use the site facilities.
A £50 damage bond is required for all bookings, this will be returned upon satisfactory checking of the caravan for ANY damages, breakages, marks, stains, missing items etc
