Our BRAND NEW 2020 Deluxe 6 berth Abi Coworth caravan situated on the Haven Flagship site at Devon Cliffs in Exmouth, situated in Juniper Close, easy access to the main complex and all activites and a short walk to the beach onsite, we have a small side decking area to the van, which shows you our gorgeous Seaview
Unlimited WiFi is available and a small charge of £5 per stay will apply if you wish to use this
The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, and dining sets
We have a TV in the lounge with a DVD player. Our caravan is fully double glazed and centrally heated, we have a electric fire in the lounge
There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom - perfect for the larger families
Main bedroom has a full sized king bed, and the twin room has full sized singles, the lounge has a pull out bed, this is to be used if you have a request for a booking of 6. Bedding is supplied for all guests during their stay .We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday
Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, for details of costs please ask, without passes, access is restricted to the beach, Spar shop, and the South Beach Cafe, but there is plenty to do within a short drive/bus ride if you would like a different kind of break, you will need to print off and fill in the form on the link below:

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded
On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days
By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests, we do not accept pets and we do not allow smoking or vaping
