7 night minimum stay during UK school holidays, 4 night minimum (mid week only) stay outside school holidays

Our holiday home is situated in the White section of the 5* Waterside Holiday Park and Spa, a short level walk from all site amenities, the beach and local bus stop, ideal for family holidays and getaways.

We have double glazing and central heating throughout, together with free high speed wifi in the caravan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, oven and grill, extractor hood, electric kettle and toaster and all the cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware you will need, along with a dining table, four chairs and two folding chairs.

The lounge area is open to the kitchen with a 32" Smart TV with Chromecast, Blueray/DVD player and films, comfortable seating for everyone on the large corner sofa , coffee table, electric fire and books and games for any not so sunny days.

There are 3 bedrooms, all have fitted wardrobes with coat hangers provided and bedside tables; duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors are included (you'll need to bring your own bedlinen). The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite toilet with washbasin. The two twin rooms have single beds which can be put together to make doubles.

The main bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, large walk-in shower and plenty of storage space.

Outside, there is a large decking area with a gate to keep little ones safe, table and seating for 6, parasol and lighting. A hardstanding parking space is right alongside the caravan.

PLEASE REMEMBER: you will need to bring your own bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases), together with towels (shower, hand, beach, tea towels). A toddler bed guard and bathroom step is available if required.

When you arrive at Waterside Reception, you will be given Silver Passes providing access to all site facilities other than the Leisure Centre and Gym, for which there is a small extra charge payable (daily or weekly rate) direct at the Leisure Centre reception when you visit.

The full cost of the holiday needs to be settled at least 6 weeks before your date of arrival. We require a £100 security deposit which will be returned within 7 days following your departure once the caravan has been checked and there is no damage, breakages or excessive cleaning required following your stay - this ensures we can maintain our high standards for future holidaymakers.
