Trecco Bay

The caravan is situated on Trecco Bay in Porthcawl and has had quite an amount of money spent on the site in recent times making it one of the best sites in South Wales to Holiday in, with good amenity facilities for use by all the family no matter what age. The Caravan is an ABI Rosselle 2010 model 36'x 12', comprising of a spacious Lounge with all round seating. An open plan dining area with separate well equipped kitchen makes up the living area of the caravan. Set off the kitchen is the enclosed hallway, which leads to the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a double and two twin bedrooms . In addition to the bedrooms there is a double pull out bed in the lounge making a total of an 8 berth. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a hand basin. The lounge has a gas fire and also the whole caravan is fully central heated by means of the gas boiler. The caravan is also double glazed throughout so although there may be some windy evenings you can be assured to be nice and cosy inside.

The kitchen you will find that it is well equipped, i.e. Toaster, George Forman as well as the normal run of the mill equipment, to make meal preparation the easiest of tasks.

All quilts and pillow cases are supplied and the beds all have mattress protectors on them. Hirers are asked to bring their OWN BASE SHEETS FOR THE BED, this is necessary so as to allow the Mattress Protectors to do the job of protecting the mattress .

The caravan is well equipped for the perfect stay and if you do fancy just relaxing with your favourite tipple then there is plenty of games i.e. cards, dominoes, chess/draughts, jenga, and plenty of board games as well as dvd's to keep the children and yourselves amused.


All bookings catered for, 7 nights (Sat - Sat), weekend breaks (Fri - Mon), mid week break (Mon - Fri). Apart from 7 night stays special tariffs apply. There is also a £50 reduction for stays of 14 nights.

A deposit of £50 non returnable will secure your holiday with the balance being due for payment 1 month before commencement of holiday, In addition a £80 bond will be charged with the final payment, this will be returnable at the end of your stay once the caravan has been checked over and providing everything is in order (NO BREAKAGES OR DAMAGE TO THE CARAVAN AND THE CARAVAN IS LEFT IN A CLEAN CONDITION.). The caravan has a maximum occupancy of 8 people, If it is found that more than maximum is staying at the caravan then immediate vacation will be sought and loss of bond thus terminating the stay at the caravan, (this has been necessary to do as damage has been caused in the past by overcrowding and to accommodate park rules.)

The caravan is situated on Trecco Bay itself, on one of the main roads leading to the beaches. The gate to Newton Beach is around the corner and the caravan is sited about 5 minutes walk from the Main Square of Trecco Bay, which is quite ideal. A bus service from the site is available into Porthcawl town itself so if you don't fancy taking the car to town just jump on the bus. Although you are on a prominent part of the Park you are far enough from the Entertainment area so that noise is not an issue.

Holiday makers are asked to arrive as near to 2PM as possible and vacate by 10AM. thus giving enough time for tenancy turnaround, etc.

Passes to the amenities are not supplied and holiday makers are asked to purchase these from the Main reception on Trecco Bay.

Gas and Electric is supplied.

This is Our holiday home as well, so please look after it as you would your own property, Holiday makers are also asked to respect the other holiday homes as well as the Park itself.
