This is a superb three bedroom two toilet caravan on a highly sort after private location on the park, with stunning views and sunsets over Newlands Farm.

The Home is fully centrally heated with a very spacious lounge and living area.

We supply top quality Egyptian cotton bed linen.
All you need to bring is your own towels.

A well equipped caravan with everything you may need. A home away from home.

Included for 2022 a new 43 inch smart tv and gated wrap around decking.

It is positioned next door to our other two bedroom caravan E68 (ref 622 ), which is also high in demand. Great if two families want to holiday together.

This caravan was exactly what was expected from the advertisement and more and in line with what I have previously experienced at this caravan park. Very nice tidy, modern caravan that was clean with fantastic kitchen facilities. A 43”smart tv and exceptional decking with outside furniture and cushions which was lovely sitting outside in the warm evening, feet away from the wildlife in the fields. Having two bathrooms was very convenient as this caravan boasts 3 bedrooms with maximum storage space in all rooms. Lovely site with picturesque views everywhere you go. Great site, really peaceful, access to the beach and many walks to explore. There is a bar/restaurant with entertainment and takeaway service. There is a shop on site and washing machines which are free to use. Once you have visited this place you will definitely want to return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay in the caravan. The caravan is very clean, comfortable and well kept. Booking was very easy and straightforward. Communication from the owners post booking was excellent. Would highly recommend.
