We come complete with all necessities essential for your stay, are totally spotless top to bottom and ready to accommodate your visit.
The Merry Cherry Tree Caravan is perfect for families, couples and friends looking for that perfect comfy getaway. We are just minutes from the ancient Burgh Castle ruins and a 10 minute drive from Great Yarmouth and Gorleston. Oh, and we are pet friendly too!
Cherry Tree Holiday Park is a very well maintained and safe environment for children. The park has fantastic facilities including heated indoor and outdoor pools, and an outdoor adventure play area.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PRICES ARE FOR ACCOMMODATION ONLY, BED LINEN AND ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED. Passes are not essential to stay in our caravan but are required for access to some of the park facilities.
Entertainment Passes can be purchased from Main Reception on arrival. Prices, £15 per pass for a 7 day period, under 2's free.

Local Amenities
Great Yarmouth is only a 10 minute drive and Norfolk in general offers a wide range of activities and entertainment. Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park in Lowestoft is only 20 minutes by car and is very popular with holiday makers.
Opposite the park there is a fishing lake and 5 mins away a golf course, there are award winning beaches nearby at Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Gorleston. The Norfolk Broads are right on the doorstep so boating trips are only minutes away. There are great bird watching areas close by for the twitchers and lots of beautiful scenery for walks.

Bookings
All bookings require a £50 damage deposit (Not included in the holiday price)
This deposit secures your booking and is refunded in full upon your return providing no damages or losses have occurred. The holiday price is then due in full 4 weeks before the holiday date, if booking is less than 4 weeks payment will be due asap. We can accept payment by bank transfer and it must be cleared at least 3 weeks before the start date of your holiday except in the case of a late deal.
It is a strictly non-smoking caravan, if we smell smoke then the deposit will not be refunded. We do except small and some medium dogs, please let us know what breed your dog is and we will confirm allowance, the cost for a dog is £25 per stay.
Arrival and Departure
The arrival time is after 3pm (unless prior arrangements have been made).
You are required to vacate the caravan by 10am. Your deposit will be retained if the caravan at inspection is not found to be clean and tidy.
