Lovely, modern, clean & comfortable Deluxe 3 bedroom caravan based on the popular park Greenacres Porthmadog situated 2 minutes walk from the award winning Blue flag beach Black Rock Sands.

Our comfortable caravan with front and side decking is gas central heated with double glazing. Sleeping 6 with 2 twin bedrooms and a master with ensuite, with a spacious shower room & WC. towels and linen can be provided on request.
Large open-plan Lounge with gas fire, dining and kitchen area is the perect place to relax after a busy day at the beach or local attractions .

Just arrived home after a great week away at Greenacres in Gills caravan, from start to finish Gill was lovely and answered any questions I had etc, the caravan was the best we have stayed in close to to beach and very clean which is what you want when you hire somewhere . We were also lucky with the weather and enjoyed a few nights on the balcony with wine ???? We loved the caravan that much we have booked for next year. Thank you Gill x

Great caravan, highly recommended n would stay again. Lovely and clean and spacious. Comfy bed, obvs very important! Location is within 2min from a stunning beach. We didn't really use park facilities but it is in a great location for local attractions. Owner was lovely. No hassles making transactions or booking etc.. Had a fab time ?

Just returned home from a week at Gill's caravan with my hubby and 3 children, and it was fab! Everything that you could need for that home from home feel, a 2 minute walk from the beach and in a quiet location on the site. The veranda was a huge bonus to be able to sit out and watch the children play on their bikes, and they loved being able to look for the rabbits each day as there is a burrow at the back of the van. Would definitely recommend staying and we'll certainly look to book again if visiting the area again

My friend and I (both early 60's) have just returned from an amazing week in this caravan. Communication with owner was excellent. Gill was warm and friendly. We could not find fault with the caravan, it was immaculate and well maintained throughout. Everything you would need for a fantastic stay. The veranda was wonderful addition to sit on and have breakfast in the morning or to relax on early evening when cooler. We were extremely grateful of the shade provided by the tree at the rear of the caravan considering the extreme temperatures we have had to endure this week. Rabbits and birds frequently visit the rear of the van, so it would be an ideal base for families. It is also located close to the beach. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay Gill! xx

Absolutely brilliant caravan which is equipped with everything you could need! A really nice, modern caravan the photos don’t do it justice! The beds were super comfy and is in a great location on the site. Communication was brilliant with the owners and we cannot wait to come back here next year ????
