Exceptionally clean caravan, very comfortable and homely. Owners were very helpful with any requests. Would definitely return to this caravan and would highly recommend.

Exceptionally clean caravan in a great location on the park really nice and quiet, owner kindly put out balloons and a cake for our sons birthday which was very much appreciated, WiFi and Netflix included too I would definitely stay here again

Well what can I say! What an amazing caravan! Clean, tidy and with everything you could possibly need. Beds made on arrival, which was one less thing to do after a longer than expected journey, towels provided, plus complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, Prosecco and chocolate cake waiting for us! The free wifi was a god send with a 17 year old and a 9 year old, plus Netflix and YouTube. I can not fault this caravan and will most definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much. We had a blast!!

Caravan was spotlessly clean , really spacious and tastefully decorated throughout. Very well equipped to ensure all our needs were catered for including ironing board and hairdryer. Lovely furnished outdoor space again with cushions to maximise comfort. Quiet location within easy access to all facilities and amenities. The welcome gift a delightful surprise. Top quality accommodation would thoroughly recommend.

We went for 80s weekend and I could not recommend this caravan or the owners any more. The caravan was a nice size had 2 toilets the bed was a full sized double with room to walk around. Linen and towels and the van as a whole was really clean. They had left us some essentials too so we didn’t need to bring those on the train with us. It’s a short walk to the tunnel too. Thank you for a great stay.

Just came home from a 90s weekend, & was absolutely amazed by this caravan! The quality & finishing touches are beautiful, the linen was good quality along with being supplied bath sheets! The outside was stunning, with great amount of furniture, which was very handy as this weekend the weather was incredible too. I suffer with mild OCD & i had no concerns on the cleanliness, for once i didn't need to use my own cutlery & cups!!!! Nice touches with the wine, jam & cream scones too! The price for all we had along with the location, was remarkable! Anyone that books this caravan will be overjoyed! I definitely will be back!

I would definitely recommend this caravan. It was very clean, modern, yet cosy and with all the homely touches to make it feel like home from home. We also had a lovely welcome complimentary pack which went down very well with us all. The caravan was in the perfect location, within walking distance to Butlins but far away enough to be quiet. Perfect holiday for our family and will definitely come back.

I can’t rate this caravan highly enough! It was absolutely first class, the attention to detail was brilliant. Lovely furnishings and all very modern accessories. Beds made up and all linen provided for us when we arrived. Wi Fi was great especially if you have kids who love their gadgets. 5 minutes walk from all the fantastic entertainment Butlin’s has to offer. Thoroughly recommend.

We were very pleased on arrival. The caravan was spotless and very homely with its personal touches. We slept very well. Lisa and lee were amazing they were very helpful throughout our visit. Definitely recommend!
