Our position within the site Cribbar Cove provides you with access to amenities within a few minutes yet retains tranquility. Ocean views are Beautiful from this caravan.Our plot itself is spacious with a large grass area all the way round.

Graded as 'Prestige' you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. From the glorious & spacious west facing balcony enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sunshine on the rattan patio furniture. The decking also wraps around the side to provide ramp access.

With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year.

Lounge:
This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel, with a large sofa incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed, two free standing armchairs, free standing coffee table, 40" flat screen TV with DVD player and Bluetooth soundbar.

Kitchen/Dining:
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a full sized oven and hob, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Master Bedroom with En-suite WC:
A very large bedroom with a amazingly comfortable 5ft King Sized bed, complete with pillows, duvet and ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with gorgeous fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table, flat screen TV and hairdryer. (bring your own linen)

Twin Bedroom:
This bedroom has two single beds, complete with pillows, duvets.

Bathroom:
The bathroom contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
From the glorious decking you can enjoy a glass of wine or simply watch the world go by.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
