If i could give a 6 or 7 for customer service I would! Nothing was too much trouble, and Carl was always available to help. Friendly helpful owner is a massive understatement! Caravan is in quiet area 10 minutes walk with younger children to amenities at either end of the park or the beach. Would definitely book again!

I hadn’t been on a caravan holiday since I was younger and was apprehensive about how it would be. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Booking with jason was easy, he was very efficient with any information being sent out to me and he made the payments perfect for me to manage. The caravan was big enough for my family (there were 5 of us over the age of 14, 6 of us for a few days) and not once did we feel we were under each other’s feet. The bedrooms were plenty big enough, the family bathroom and separate toilet were very clean and had items that if we had forgotten were on hand. The kitchen was very well equipped and again had items that if I had forgotten I could use (tea. Coffee, washing up liquid etc) we had the perfect holiday and will definitely be booking again… We’re all looking forward to using the same caravan again.

We are 2 sisters and 2 dogs. We have just returned from a wonderful week in this caravan. The description is accurate, there is everything you could possibly need. But, most important, the beds are super comfy - especially after a day out walking! Everything was very clean when we arrived and all you need to keep it that way was easy to find. Carl is very helpful and remained so throughout our stay - without being intrusive. The caravan is in a good spot and is convenient for everything. We would highly recommend this van if you are considering the area for your holiday. PS really good value for money too!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our dog and everything about the stay was perfect. There was only 2 of us stay over and we had so much space, we would definitely return with a larger group in the future. The caravan was immaculate with plenty of amenities and storage. The location is perfect for families or couples, just a short walk from the resort entertainment and a 5 minute drive from filey beach. I can’t rate this stay enough, thank you for a lovely break.

We recently rented this caravan for 3 nights, its a lovely Caravan nice and clean, a real Home from Home. Although the site facility’s where not open, we were not short of things to do especially with the superb seaside town of Filey on the doorstep. The caravan itself has everything you need and makes a wonderful base for a short or main holiday, close to all the sites amazing facilities and scenic walks to the beach with our dog. Cant recommend enough, and we will certainly be back in the spring.
