Description

This is our 3 bed/ 2-bathroom 2021 Willerby Seasons holiday home that’s situated on Pentreath View at Perran Sands pitch No 415. You are just a few seconds away from the circular Boardwalk Nature path that takes you around the park.

The caravan is located close to all the amenities and far enough away to have peace and quite if that is what you’re looking for.

If you fancy that night in, there is a 32inch television and DVD player with a wide variety of DVDs, we have also provided a few books and a selection of board games.

You can gain access direct onto the beach from the site, the village of Perranporth can be reached by walking along the large wide beach or by car or bus. Here are many unique shops, gift shops and local cafes.

All pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. is provided, along with a full inventory.

Duvet’s, pillows and mattress protectors will be provided .You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels and dish cloths,

On your arrival there will be a welcome pack to help you with your holiday, including - on site activities, places to visit off site and activities local to the area.

There is a private parking bay adjacent to the caravan and a large, secluded grass area to the side of the caravan, we also provide a bespoke picnic bench that seat 6 people.

Unfortunately, there are no dogs allowed due to it being a brand-new caravan.
How to book:

Please contact us to confirm availability. If you wish to book, our booking form will be emailed to you or if required we can post it. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 would be required to secure you booking. The remaining balance would be due for payment six weeks prior to the arrival date.

Key & Damage Deposit:
One week before the arrival date, we would also require the Key & Damage Deposit of £100.00. If the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages the full amount would be returned to the booking holder after the caravan has been inspected,
Entertainment passes are NOT included in our price and the conditions of Perran Sands stipulate that single sex bookings are NOT permitted.
For the golf enthusiasts Perranporth golf club is right next door to the site.

Had a brilliant stay at this lovely caravan. The van was clean, tidy and spacious to accommodate for a large family, including older and young children. Andrew was extremely helpful and friendly and responded fast to any communications. The weather and park facilities also added to our brilliant holiday! Would definitely recommended!

The caravan was so modern and incredibly clean. Welcome gifts on arrival gave the caravan a really upmarket feel and we couldn’t of been happier with our stay. The owners were professional and prompt with any enquiries we had and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this caravan to our friends. Great location, lovely site and fab accommodation.

Amazing location on site. Close to the beach so that you can walk straight onto the quieter part of the beach. Caravan was very modern with a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and a small welcome gift on arrival set the tone well. I can’t comment on the entertainment because we didn’t use it due to the restrictions that were still in place. The outside bar area was nice and allowed the smaller children an area to run around whilst still visible to us. Owner communicated very well in the week leading to the holiday.

We hired a 3 bed caravan from the Taylor family for 2 weeks in Cornwall and can honestly say we were more than happy. It was very modern, clean & the living area was very spacious. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and the owners also left lovely welcome gifts for us all. Mr Taylor was our contact and was very prompt and courteous in his replies to our questions. I absolutely recommend hiring this caravan from the Taylor family.
