A beautiful and peaceful location on the Haven Perran Sands site. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac, next to the golf course with a path leading down the dunes to the beautiful Perran Sands or into Perranporth with it's shops, restaurants and another beach. With sea 'peeps' from the decking it is a gorgeous location to sit, relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets that you will be treated to each evening. A perfect holiday option for families or couples.

If you are a keen walker you are on the SW Coastal Path and there are beautiful walks along the coast. In the busy months it can be hard to find a quiet spot in Cornwall, Perran Sands beach always has a space for you! There is so much to explore in Cornwall but equally you can arrive, put the car keys away and enjoy the facilities, coastal walks, the stunning miles of golden beach and Perranporth itself. Please note that Perran Sands beach is accessed down a step pathway and guests with mobility problems may find it easier to access the main beach in Perranporth town centre.
This year Haven have added a Beach Shack shop on the beach at the Perran Sands end which means drinks, ice-creams etc can be purchased in the summer months.
This is a great location for families with plenty to keep you and the little people busy. Equally a peaceful haven for couples are looking to relax and recharge. We use our caravan regularly so you are guaranteed a well loved and looked after caravan, we are only renting sparingly this season so it has not had high levels of use.
This 2019 model is comparable to a Haven 'Silver' model and we have added extra's to ensure you have everything you need for your holiday. We want you to enjoy the caravan, site and area as much as we do so please email us if you have any questions.
Lounge
A modern decor with double doors opening up onto the decking gives the lounge a light, sunny feel. There is an electric fire in addition to the central heating throughout the caravan. A 40" TV/DVD player, bluetooth speaker and board games are available. There is a double sofa bed which sleeps two that can be pulled out. A perfect space to relax and switch off.
Kitchen Diner
A dining table which seats four but can be moved and can seat six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave oven, kettle toaster, Nespresso Coffee machine and all the pots, pans, plates and utensils you need - even a garlic press! We suggest bringing tea towels, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs. There is also a storage cupboard for coats, shoes and beach bits.
Bathroom
The first bathroom has toilet, basin and shower. It is a combi-boiler so hot water never runs out!
Main Bedroom and WC Ensuite
This double bedroom has lots of storage including a large wardrobe and plenty of space to move around. There is aTV/DVD player on the wall and a dressing table with a hairdryer. There is a small ensuite which has the second toilet and handbasin.
Twin Bedroom
This second bedroom has twin beds they can be pushed together to make a double, if you so wish. There is a small, single wardrobe, mirror and some cupboard space.
Outside
There is a paved patio area, a hard surface parking space. In addition to this there is a grassed area next to the caravan which is perfect for children to play on or creates additional parking. The decking is accessed from the double doors in the lounge. There is not wrap around decking and would not be suitable for wheelchairs as there are three steps into the caravan.
Haven Site Facilities
You will find a pool, amusements, play areas and an activity hub (you can purchase activities) for the small people - you do not need an entertainment pass to use the play parks. The main entertainment area houses a pool, amusements and the evening show bar - you will need to purchase a pass to access this. If you don't fancy cooking you can access the Surf Bay Restaurant or Funky Fish Restaurant. Takeaways include Papa John's Pizza or Cook's Fish and Chips. There is a sports bar with indoor and outdoor seating, an outdoor bar at the Surf Bay Restaurant as well. If you run out of essentials the convenience store has a huge range and includes fresh bakery products, Costa Coffee machine and pastries. If you need it, there is a launderette, due to COVID, check with the main reception for usage. All you need in one contained area about 5 minutes walk from the pitch.
Additional
The site is safe and there are security patrols. As you leave the caravan, to your left is the golf course and a path that runs down to the beach and you can access Perranporth via the beach or the coastal path.
Please note we do require a refundable security deposit to ensure that we can continue to offer guests high quality accommodation. Passes for the entertainment are not provided but can be purchased at the Haven reception. We ask you to bring their own bedding linen but pillows and quilts are provided.
It is a rule of Haven Holiday parks that same sex large groups are not permitted and apologise if this means were are unable to offer a holiday for you and your needs.
