Great facilities for the family and close to the beautiful beach.

The Caravan site includes a Splash Pool, a Football and Basket Ball Court, Crazy Golf and Amusement Arcades. Onsite there is a restaurant / pub and show lounge which is has entertainments for children and families. Other facilities include a Laundrette and Fish & Chip Shop.

Cayton Bay Caravan Park near Scarborough has some lovely attractions nearby. You are between Filey and Scarborough town. This caravan site is 5 minutes from the beach and has a regular bus service to Scarborough Filey and Bridlington.

Description

Our Caravan is situated in a lovely area of the Park with nearby car parking. The Caravan has central heating and has a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite toilet, two twin rooms, a separate family bathroom with full size shower, open plan kitchen with range of units, gas cooker, microwave, built in fridge freezer.

A lovely lounge complete with large screen tv, large fitted sofa and a dining table. The beach is just a short walk away and all amenities close at hand. Just bring your own linen, or if you prefer linen can be provided at extra charge.

No Animals or Smoking is permitted in the caravan. Please note we do not accept Hen or Stag Parties or Large Same Sex Adult Groups. No over-occupancy allowed and non-smoking / no pets/ animal permitted.

Over 91 days 10%
* A refund of up to 75% of the original booking cost can be applied, dependent on the holiday home being fully re-let during the period originally booked.

A £100 security deposit which will be returned after the booking once its confirmed there are no damages.

Please note if that park closes due covid regulations a full refund will be given, we encourage you to take out your own travel insurance as refunds will not given due to covid related cancellations however we will offer the option to change your available dates to later in the year.

Absoutely outstanding caravan! Parking right in front of door with disabled bay which is ideal when carting lots of children's bags. Caravan was perfect with lots of additional extras such as wifi, playstation, toys, games and teas and coffees so could make a hot drink on arrival and then head to do your shopping. The master bedroom is by far biggest I've ever stayed and there was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board which was hepful. Only a 3 min walk to the clubhouse as well and can take a path between caravans so not on main road with the young ones, Thank you for a lovely stay and we will defo be back,

What a fantastic holiday! The caravan was clean and tidy with fresh bedding available and plenty of space for a family of three, it was in a perfect spot with only a two minute walk to the entertainment centre. The entertainment center was brilliant, there was plenty to do, swimming, arcades, two parks and plenty more! The on site bar had huge TV screen which was perfect to watch the game! Kids entertainment was very entertaining and kept our little one intrigued. This place and the caravan is fantastic for a UK holiday.

Absolutely brilliant. Top marks all round. Loved our stay and the caravan had all the facilities you would expect and more. Very clean and obviously very well looked after. Great comms from owner including sending map of location on site. We will be booking again. Many thanks :)
