Very light and airy caravan . This caravan is located on Pentreath View, a quieter section of the holiday park and the perfect base to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Central Heated and Double Glazed throughout.

Description

Lounge/Dining Room:
This fabulous open plan area is both light and homely. With its large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a fully sized double pull out bed, there is plenty of seating for the whole family. With its wall mounted fire, flat screen 40" TV with a built in DVD player & Bluetooth Speaker connectivity. The dining area comprises a fixed dinette, corner seating and additional stools.

Kitchen:
This stylish and well equipped galley style kitchen, contains everything you should need for your stay. With a full sized oven and 4 burner gas hob plus re-circulating extractor hood, full size fridge with freezer section, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Master Bedroom:
A good sized bedroom with a comfortable 4'6" double bed and bedside tables. Complete with duvets, pillows. (Please bring your own linen) There is also a 32" TV in this room, You will have plenty of storage too as well as a hairdryer.
There is also a ensuite WC in this room.

Twin Bedrooms:
There are two separate twin rooms, both of which contain two single beds separated by a bedside table and additional storage units. Duvets, pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom:
Contains a large shower with extractor fan, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
Great position for access to the coastal path and parking to the side of the caravan.

Additional info:
For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
