We ask for the caravan to be left as you find it on arrival, clean and tidy and all cleaning materials and appliances are provided. I have provided a privately owned caravan to you as a sign of good faith and expect you to adhere to the rules. We also ask you to ensure rubbish is placed in the correct Rubbish bay and not left outside the caravan on your departure.

The fridge must be emptied all all food.

I don’t require a bond however if any damage to the caravan occurs then you will be liable to pay the damages.. as you are responsible for the caravan at time of rental

This is our family caravan and is privately owned. We ask all our customers to treat our caravan as if it was your own.

Any damages or breakages are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as you are responsible for the caravan when you stay. Included in this are broken slats to beds, and soiled mattresses.

Your booking fee secures your stay. Balances MUST be paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday.

If you have booked a cancellation or a last minute deal and you are staying less than 4 weeks before full payment is required.

Passes for use of Showdome & swimming pool can be purchased at owners elite office at the entrance to the park

If you do not want to use the Showdome venue then there is no need to purchase passes as you can access the Splashpark, Park, Arcades, Coast Restaurant, Sports Bar and American Diner without passes, and pay daily for swimming

Arrival times are 4pm and departure time is 10.30am

If you wish to proceed with the booking then please advise how you wish to pay your non refundable booking fee of £60 (£100 in July, Aug and all school and bank holidays) supply your name, address, contact tel no. Email address and names of persons staying at caravan with children's ages.
