3 min walk to beach 5 min walk to main amenities sited on a popular part of the park at spruces facing Otter cove. Large open green just over the front for the children to play on also open air gym equipment for a daily workout whilst taking in the fabulous sea views.

£100 security deposits is required and is fully refundable at the end of your stay when the caravan is returned clean and tidy and damage free. Payable with final balance due 12 weeks before holiday commence.

The caravan has a lovely large green open space just across the road in front of it for families to play on and there is also free outdoor gym equipment for you to use to. Please see pictures.
The price does not include passes you buy these direct from Haven if you wish to purchase them you need them for access to the entertainment and swimming. You can still access the acardes and food halls all restaurants, soft play area, multi sports area, multiple outside play areas slim chickens, blue flag beach. And country life centre is right outside the park entrance for lots of family fun. Once your holiday is paid for in full your holiday will be registered with Haven and then they will email you to give you the option to purchase the passes it is then upto you then if you wish to do so it is not compulsory. If you do wish to do so then you can then book upto 12 weeks before you arrive for swimming and entertainment. As long as your as your holiday has been paid for.
