Description

Our privately owned caravan is a clean, bright and comfortable home from home, with a large and well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area and its own driveway. It is fully double glazed and has central heating. There is a large grassy area to the front, ideal for kids to play, and woodland to the back. The access road is a looped cul de sac, so there are very few cars and you can relax in quiet surroundings. This is a Haven site which brings with it all the security, park maintenance, delicious dining and top class entertainment which you would expect. Entertainment passes are available from Haven.

The comfy and relaxing lounge has a 43" smart tv, dvd player and dvds, books and games. We offer free wifi. Sliding doors lead to a great fully enclosed wrap around deck.

There is a full gas oven and hob, along with all the utensils, cutlery, dishes and pots and pans that you might need. You will also find a large fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and iron, along with some basics- tea, coffee, sugar etc.

The 3 bedrooms and bed settee will sleep 8 at a push! The double bedroom has an en-suite toilet, hair dryer and smart tv. The two other bedrooms are twins. All bedrooms have lovely mood lighting.

We will provide bed linen and make up the beds for your arrival, but please bring your own towels.

The main bathroom has a great walk-in shower.

Situated in a quiet part of the holiday village, The Belfry is not far from the main complex with all its attractions. Seton Sands offers great facilities, with two swimming pools, a bar and restaurant and a further show bar with plenty of excellent entertainment. There is also a well stocked mini supermarket, a launderette and a very good fish & chip shop. A golf course and fishing lake are also on site.

The surrounding area has plenty walks and shorelines to explore. Shops, restaurants and pubs are not far away. East Lothian is full of interest and with Edinburgh on your doorstep the world is your oyster. There is a good and frequent bus service to the centre of our Capital City.

Groups are welcome though rowdy stag/hen parties are not! Well behaved pets are also welcome by prior arrangement.

Myself and my family are just back from spending 4 nights in Phil and Di's caravan, I had the pleasure of meeting them and they are a really nice couple and their caravan was beautiful, I would recommend this to anyone and I would also stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Phillips caravan very clean, modern and well equipped in a very quiet part of the site we even had a visit from Phillip asking if everything was ok and if there was anything else we needed.

Many boxes are ticked with this accommodation, central heating , smart TV , decent WiFi & wrap around decking to name but a few. We all had a very comfortable stay in this Spotlessly clean caravan & will definitely stay here again as well as recommend to family & friends .

The caravan is in a lovely position on the site with a grassed area in front that children can play on. The caravan is fabulous with everything you could need for a home from home. The double bedroom is spacious with lots of storage, a TV and a separate toilet. The owners were very friendly and helpful and told us lots about the local area.

Outstanding caravan with everything you need for a great holiday. Lovely deck area and situated in a very quiet cul de sac, about 3-4 minutes walk from the action. Also, fabulous and friendly host for whom nothing was too much trouble and were very keen to make sure we had a great summer break. 10/10, thoroughly recommended
