The caravan was filthy. Disgustingly filthy. We have a baby who we couldn’t put down to crawl because the floors were thick with dog hair. The caravan stunk of dog. The radiators were thick with dust and we couldn’t cook in the kitchen because the baking trays were full of grease and mouldy food. We complained to the owner who sent someone out to clean it. We at first thought this was really helpful and great. However after the cleaner had cleaned it it was just as bad. The only thing that had improved was the bedroom carpets. Every where else hadn’t been touched! I contacted the owner again and thanked him for sending someone out and explained it was a bit better. He promised a partial refund for the inconvenience but this never came because afterwards he ignored all of the emails. I wouldn’t recommend renting this caravan unless you want to be sitting around filth and dirt. It’s such a shame because the caravan layout and set up is lovely. It was ruined by the dirt, the smell and the poor owners who ignore emails.

Beautiful clean caravan, lovely decking area to sit out of an evening. Close to all local attractions. The camp its self is brilliant, all clean and the food and the magpie is amazing, clean play area for children with an enclosed football pitch. Already booked to go again in August.!

Myself and my family have just returned from a lovely couple of days in Towny. The caravan was perfect, spacious, cosy and the double bed is very comfortable Booking was made easy with great communication with Paul from start to finish, would highly recommend and we are already looking at booking again in June

Myself and my friends really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful caravan. We went for the weekend to go walking up snowdon so was lovely to come back to possibly the cosiest caravan I’ve ever stayed in. Literally feels like home from home. . We enjoyed an evening in the onsite pub having food and drinks (highly recommend the fish & chips and cheeky gin) very clean caravan, comfy beds, nice decking area which was lovely of an evening to sit and relax. Have already booked again for summer we enjoyed it that much. Thanks again to Paul, genuine lovely guy and will answer any questions you have without any problems.

Beautiful caravan, all the amenities you could need are provided. The location of the caravan is on a lovely friendly site and very close to all the local attractions. Will definitely book this caravan again

Myself and partner stayed for 5 days from Monday 6th September to Friday 10th September and we had a wonderful time. The accommodation is spacious, the facilities were brilliant for what's needed on a caravan holiday and the overall value for money for this short break was excellent! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

Went into caravan very dirty had to clean it before we unpacked theres no security for the dog had to get board stop dog getting of balcony and balcony its self was broken n not safe plus charged us for service what service we had to clean it didn't get value for money shower was not the best needs sorting out wouldn't recommend it to any one plus they make excuses to keep your deposit all I can do not book this van disgusting

Hi Gail, I am sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. Our decking does not have a gate which many don't, it is your reasonability to ensure your dog is kept safe. with regards to the service fee that is not charged by myself, that is a charge by the caravan website which they take, also the caravan website also hold all deposits and fees, we have to wait for the site to release funds to us who also release funds to you. with regards to the cleanliness i was assured by our cleaning provider that the van had been cleaned prior to your visit, so that i can only apologise for as that's not acceptable. i wish you would have raised these concerns earlier so that i can address them sooner

Had a lovely stay at Paul’s caravan with my family. Caravan was lovely, really big with separate rooms that made it feel more like a home and had everything you could need definitely home from home. Caravan was very clean on a nice site very close to lots of amenities and we would definitely return, thankyou.

Really enjoyed my mum is 98 and on a walking frame the width and double bedroom was spot on for her toilet wise - the arm chair was ideal for her

Have just returned from a week's holiday in June 2021 & the caravan is like home from home, the campsite is excellent & spotless, Our only negatives are that the caravan is postioned on the edge of the camp where they hold a market & boot sale every saturday & sunday & it is not very pleasant to be woken as 6.30 a,m. The other issue is the carparking space next to the caravan is a double one for you & your neighbour so if they park first it is very very hard to park your car in your space as we left our car in the main car park

Thanks Peter I totally understand the parking situation. But if you do choose to book with us again the van has 2 parking bays 1 on each side. And I do have another van on Palins with a much bigger parking space

Just had a lovely week in Paul's caravan cant fault it. Comfy bed. Separate kitchen/diner from living room. Not to many ornaments for kids to bring. Most of all spotless clean. Deffo reccomend and deffo be back 5+++
