Description

Our family caravan is a prestige graded 3 bedroom (6 berth) with full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The Caravan is situated 2 minute walk from the fantastic black rock sands beach and coastal walks. It is also only a short walk to the main facilities comprising of the brand new for 2021, Marina bar, restaurant, swimming pool, splash zone, arcades, adventure golf and a well stocked shop.

In the lounge there is a 32" TV/DVD with Freeview, free standing large comfortable L shaped sofa and a electric fire. Unlimited mobile WiFi will also be available upon request.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, gas cooker with hob, oven and separate grill, fridge freezer, pots, pans etc.

There is a double bedroom and two twin rooms with storage in each room. You will need to bring your own towels and bedding - duvets and pillows are provided.

The shower room consists of a toilet, wash basin, shower, radiator and storage cabinet. There is also a en-suite toilet room with wash basin off the main bedroom. Bath mats will be provided.

The caravan is located on a spacious pitch with tarmacked parking bay. The caravan also includes decking to the front and side. Outdoor dining furniture a table and two chairs on the front decking and a glass topped table with eight seats on the side decking.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price and can be purchased on arrival at the main reception.

3, 4 and 7 nights stay available.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival, together with a refundable breakage bond of £100 which will be refunded when the keys are returned and the caravan checked for damage. Deposits will only be returned if the booking is cancelled before the 6 week cut off.

Edmund was amazing with communication and being generally helpful, the caravan was great- everything you could possibly need e.g iron, maiden, hairdryer, welcome pack with washing up liquid and cloths etc. The caravan is well situated and is just a short walk from the beach and the complex. Highly recommend - so if you're thinking of booking definitely do! I can't fault one aspect of the caravan or site (except haven's prices for groceries and soft drinks) which can't be helped and there's a Tesco in porthmadog town. Also I wasn't aware you could even get an Asda delivery! Anyway highly recommend Edmund and his wife's caravan and the location - thanks for a lovely stay!

Top class caravan well equipped clean & comfortable. Ideally situated for access to the beach, very peaceful & quiet away from main amenities but less than 10 mins walk away.

I have not booked through this site before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Booking was really easy as was the check in all registered and headed straight to the van. All the information we needed to enter the van had been supplied which made it very easy. The photos of the caravan don’t seem to do it justice. Really impressed with the facilities, everything you need. Loved the decking as we were able to make use of the this with the lovely weather ?? Great location on the park ideal for the beach and the main facilities on the site. Highly recommend this to anyone.

What a 5 days we had in this caravan it has everything you need for a holiday.. Nice, clean & tidy. Bed was lovely & comfy. I liked the fact it has 2 w.c `s & a great shower in large w.c. Our little dog loved the decking area, as it was sunny she lay out most of the time. Best of all it was just a skip & a jump to beach. (& a Lovely beach too) Great holiday Looking forward in going back.

The caravan had everything for our needs. The caravan was very comfortable with a good size bathroom with good size shower to accommodate my husband who 6ft 4. Also en suit bedroom. Perfect. We were able park our 3 cars. This year the restaurant now allows dogs in so we could eat our meals in the bar. Booking the caravan was very easy and very reasonably price. The caravan was spotless. We would definitely use this caravan again and again

We had an amazing week in this.beautiful well equipped caravan, it has everything you need to make you feel very comfortable and welcome. The owners are wonderful too. It’s just a short walk to the beach and not too far from the main complex. We would 100% stay there again

Our second stay in this lovely caravan. We know the area well so knew location was perfect. Caravan was spotless (again) it has everything you might need and more. We had some lovely weather so we were able to make use of the outdoor furniture on the decking. Booking is simple and easy and owners are quick to respond. We had a lovely few days in Greenacres. The caravan is beautiful. It feels just like home. Its near the beach so we had plenty of walks even in the rain. We will definitely go back and will be trying to get in this van again. Its just perfect.

What a lovely caravan, everything you need. It was very clean and had such a cosy feel. The bed was great, very comfortable and lovely soft pillows. The garden furniture was comfortable and a bistro set on the front porch was also nice to have, lots of sun at the front. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply with any questions we had. It's so close to the soft sandy beach and you can drive your car on as well. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and will be staying again at some point.
