Deep cleaning completed each day of change over. Day of guest arrival and departure would be attended by caravan owner, Caravan check in 16.00 check out 10.00 unless agreed with caravan owner. cost includes, welcome pack, tea, coffee, sugar, milk & bed lining, deposit must be made at time of booking.

Awesome lovely caravan for my family of 7 including 2 infants. Modern kitchen facilities. Could see the sea from the front of caravan. Lovely decking and seating area outside. Good spot. Had everything we need in the caravan. Nice and warm for our Christmas weekend. Location was so convenient with local shop just off the site and lovely bakery, amusement centre for our older kid’s. Walk to the beach was closer than we thought. WiFi was really excellent and kid’s could watch Netflix which was a bonus for them. Lee our host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. His just a text or phone call away. We looking forward to our next holiday at his caravan. Thank you so much for sharing your caravan Lee and family.

Monday to Friday holiday. Caravan exactly how it is described and pictures. The host always available and responds straight away. Original check in was 4.30 however Lee said we could arrive earlier which was great and he was there ready and waiting to show us around the caravan. We was left a folder of everything we needed to know including local facilities, WiFi also further afield days out if we wanted. Highly recommended Lee and this caravan the whole family really enjoyed there time away and will definitely be going again soon.

Thank you Paige, Georgie & family, you were a pleasure to host and thanks for taken great care in the caravan on your holiday, would love to host you again, would also say would highly recommend you to stay with other hosts, 5* family.
