Hi my name is Karen I live in Davenham. I am available to chat about a new booking anytime. We have owned this caravan for 3 years since new Ans also own one at Ingoldmells on coral beach Skegness.

Description

2 bedroomed en-suite. Situated on coral beach Ingoldmells. The caravan is close to coral beach club house. Ingoldmells village also fantasy island.

We allow pets for a small charge £25 each for each well behaved dog.

We can cater for birthdays. Anniversaries etc.

No smokers allowed in the caravan or vaping. Only on the veranda.

Coral beach has regular bus routes to Skegness which is approx. 3 miles away.

Parking is allowed next to the caravan unless it has been raining then parking is not allowed only on the road. But still close to the holiday home

Please contact myself for dates and prices. No under 21s unless with a family. We only accept 3 or more night bookings. Any washing up left or dirty ovens and rubbish left will be charged for by our cleaner, A £75 security deposit is required this year and not £50. Thank you . We can not provide less than 7 night bookings in school term July and august due to the cleaner can not help this way, sorry, we provide dvds games and the caravan is home from home ,

Clubroom with arcade. Bingo and entertainment in high season. Also sealands club is 5mins walk where there are characters. Disco lots to do for children. Also butlins skegness is 10 minutes walk if you would like to go for a day out there for swimming etc.

We enjoyed our stay, lovely caravan. Karen was very helpful. Perfect location for all attractions and shops . Caravan also had everything we could need inside.

Absolutely loved this caravan, really clean and tidy. Higher spec than many of those around. Had everything you could need. The veranda was really useful for the dogs too. In a nice location on the park though was a little confusing to find first time as there’s no signs once you arrive on site. (what3words patching.future.boggles) Karen and her husband were really great at answering any questions and so friendly. We will definitely recommend and be back. We got a week wristband for fantasy island which together with the price of the caravan couldn’t be beaten. We were very lucky with the weather too so 10 min walk to the beach. On site chippie good quality and value but they cook in beef dripping so not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. (Did make the chips taste lovely though!) Updated some of the take away menus whilst we were there but found fantasy island diner to be good value. All in all we had a fantastic week, we left it clean and can’t understand how anyone could not or leave things damaged. Now looking at dates we can book again.

Arrived at accommodation at 14-00 hours accommodation was throughly clean a pleasure to stay there it was like home from home i would recommend it to anyone interested

We had a fantastic break here, caravan was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could need. The park was quiet but only a short walk to the beach or fantasy island. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely revisit.
