A two-bedroom static caravan on the award-winning Mother Ivey’s Bay Holiday park. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to its own private beach and within walking distance of many other beaches including Harlyn Bay and Constantine Bay and the beautiful scenery along the SW Coastal path.
The caravan is Equipped to a very high standard. The lounge area comprises of full-size three seater and two seater Sofas. Flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has full-size gas oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The dining area has seating for four. A high chair can be made available at an extra cost. The master bedroom has a king size bed adequate wardrobe space with ensuite toilet and wash basin facility. The second bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe space. A travel cot can be made available for an additional cost. The bathroom has a full-size shower with heated towel rail. Outside space gives enough room for parking for one car leaving the remaining space available to make use the wooden garden furniture during your stay. Views out to sea can be enjoyed from both inside and outside of the caravan.
The site has an excellent on-site shop with daily deliveries of fresh baked goods from a local bakery. There are Laundrette facilities on site and a small children’s play area. There are no clubhouse or bar facilities at Mother Ivey’s Bay holiday park.
The caravan is only available to hire during The months of July and August. All bookings are Saturday to Saturday. To ensure and maintain a high standard of cleanliness the owners use a professional cleaning company. To allow for this cleaning check-in time is 6pm on the day of arrival. On arrival guests should present at Mother Ivey’s reception. The reception staff will provide the caravan key and parking permit. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. The key should be returned to reception on the day of departure. A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking. Final payment of the remaining balance is required eight weeks before the start of your holiday. We also require a refundable damage deposit of £200 which will be returned after your stay should our cleaners verify that all is well with the caravan after you have left.
