Amazing accommodation very clean inside and out, everything you need is in the van for a self catering holiday. Beds are very comfortable and no need to take extra pillows or blankets as they are provided, shower has good water pressure and spacious enough for a good wash. Over all very enjoyable stay in this van. No trouble at all keeping in contact with the owners as they respond very quickly to any troubles, which we had none. Great rental caravan.

This caravan was spot on! Nice and clean and homely :) Plenty of space in the caravan for us all Lovely quite location and not too far to walk to the shops and entertainment Cleaning products extra battery's etc in the caravan which was helpfull. Laura kept in touch with me through out Will definitely be booking this caravan again! I didn't want to go home haha :)

Fabulous caravan. Well informed of all available facilities. All phone numbers for services and bus time tables supplied, clean and well situated. Very spacious and made the holiday. Right near a beautiful, clean and quiet beach. So lots of fun had by us all. Would definitely book again

This caravan is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could think of! It was spotless and so comfortable. Great location too as nice and quiet. Loved the seated area on the decking. The owners made sure we knew we could contact them at any point if we needed anything and from the initial enquiry had speedy responses from them. We cannot wait to rebook and come back Fantastic stay!

I had a 3 night stay with my 10 year old son, the caravan was spacious, modern and clean. Customer service from the owner was 5 star, will defo be booking again only been back 24 hours and already loking forward to booking a future get away 5 star, service and accommodation ???? ???? ???? definitely reccomend booking this caravan

Had a lovely stay, caravan nice and clean on arrival. Nice to have sky tv and my daughter loved the single bedroom with tv in it. Very quiet spot

Caravan was perfect. Spacious and a real home from home with everything you need. Extremely clean and looked after. Communication was spot on from the owners from the initial enquiry. Wouldnt hesitate at rebooking .

I don’t usually leave reviews but we had an amazing few days here, the caravan had everything we needed, even sky tv and free internet, immaculate van in a great location. The caravan is literally a stones throw from the beach., everything on site to keep the kids entertained wether rain or shine and keep the adults happy too ???? It literally felt like home from home, Laura and Bryan have clearly gone to great lengths to make sure we felt comfortable even leaving tea/coffee and sugar etc which is great when you have had a long drive with 2 squabbling kids! So glad we have rebooked for 2021 Thank you we will definitely be recommending you!

Hadn’t been to mablethorpe for many years. I can’t believe how much it had changed. The caravan was lovely, we had the en-suite room. Even though covid restrictions were in place we had a great time. Loads for kids to do ( even though we didn’t have any). Caravan is sited a short walk from all facilities. Would definitely return
