The caravan is lovely, and I think for a couple or a family with 1 child (older) would be perfect, we are a family with 2 young children and found the caravan too small for us, most notably the second bedroom which was tiny and as a result so overwhelmingly warm with two bodies in it was unsuitable for the children to sleep in so the living area became the bedroom for our 3 year old while the baby had the smaller room. The caravan is up a steep verge so if you are having to carry a babe-in-arms it’s quite tricky, I certainly had a few hairy moments when it had rained and was damp, I do think this should be highlighted at booking if young children are noted on the guest details. The caravan has great facilities, the coffee machine / microwave are very handy and there was foil etc for cooking which was useful. The bedsheets etc need a revamp they are ripped in parts and all the poppers off the bottom so the quilt kept falling out overnight which wasn’t ideal. Overall cleanliness was spot on and couldn’t fault the standard of the caravan itself in terms of shower / sink etc everything was lovely and in full working order. The patio furniture (if you can call it that) was a mess and relatively unusable - there was a computer swivel chair type thing outside too which made no sense, so I wouldn’t book the caravan hoping to entertain … All in all I would say for a couple fine, a family definitely too small, and when we compared the price we paid to other guests in some of the newer 3 birth caravans there wasn’t a huge disparity which left a sour taste for us as we definitely felt we overpaid for our caravan vs others at that time considering the space / newness of theirs vs this one. While I would recommend this caravan to other couples we would not book again despite planning to return to Devon cliffs.

Had a fantastic break here. Caravan very clean and spacious. Great location. Communication with owner was outstanding always a prompt response to any querys i had. As a massive dependent on coffee the tassimo machine was an added luxury. Will definitely be booking again :-)

Had a lovely week at Devon Cliffs at the end of July for my partner and I with our 2 dogs. Jason was exceptionally helpful throughout the booking process and set us at ease as this is the first time we had done a private rental on this site. The Caravan was very pleasant, spacious, clean and tidy and will sleep up to 6 people. Situated in a peaceful part of the park with a sea view on the nice decking area. Easy walking distance to both the beach and the main centre of the park. Would happily return and thank you Jason for all of your help and assistance.
