We stayed in this lovely caravan in August 2022. The caravan is clean and very comfortable, it is very spacious with comfortable beds. Various places to eat in the caravan the porch area, the decking, outside tables as well. Good position in the park nice and quiet with a short walk to the square. We loved the caravan and Kelling so much we have booked for next year.

Fabulous van , well stocked , on a great site full of wildlife in the midst of a forest. Interesting location near the sea and plenty to do .

A very lovely holiday home in a great location on the Park and on a spacious plot with a choice of outdoor furniture - the hammock is particularly restful! Spotless on arrival and very well equipped in the kitchen with some fab hand wash and shower gel provided, not to mention an abundance of hangers in the wardrobes - we’ve stayed in lots of self catering accommodation over the years and there is always a lack of hangers! The Wi-Fi is a complete bonus! It’s just fab - the accommodation, location, everything!

We had such a lovely stay at The Retreat. Caravan was in a beautiful position with a secluded garden. Plenty of outdoor furniture and the hammock was the perfect place to relax. Cleanliness was outstanding and everything was thought of.. ( just missing an iron)! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would love to visit again ????

We’ve stayed at this site multiple times over the years. This is by far the nicest van! Lovely enclosed plot, handy boot room, quality soft furnishings, bedding and kitchen appliances/utensils. Some people may not care, but for us it makes the break so much nicer. We loved it. There is also WiFi which is great with teenagers, it was occasionally a bit wobbly but not enough to worry over! Thanks for a lovely short break????

Super caravan on a lovely, sunny and spacious plot. Perfectly situated too for a short stroll to Weybourne station which the kids loved. Many thanks for the use of your holiday home which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautifully furnished and equipped accommodation. Excellent WiFi and TV set up. Very warm cosy and inviting. Wardrobes and storage aplenty. Most comfortable bed and the best towels we've ever had on holiday, large and fluffy!! Washing up liquid, handwash, cleaning products and cloths most welcome. Rained all day fri/sat so after a couple of wet walks, we chilled and watched a film or 2 and enjoyed eating in. Made up for it sun/Mon.. One suggestion would be to gravel the walkway up to the steps to avoid treading too much mud inside. The entrance porch is great especially with a dog (or muddy kids!). As is the enclosed garden. Would not hesitate to return when weather is better to make use of lovely outside space and furniture..

My family and I (plus Walter the whippet) had a wonderful time over Christmas in Simon and Mark's beautiful holiday home on Kelling Heath. The Retreat is in a lovely quiet location but is also within close proximity of the village square, shop, pool and walking trails. It is modern and spotlessly clean, equipped with high-quality appliances, has lovely (tasteful :) bedding and towels and comes with the added bonus of WiFi, which made the teenagers of the party very happy! We spent a very lovely few days recharging our batteries and enjoying the tranquillity of Kelling at a quieter time of the holiday season. Would definitely recommend The Retreat and all its amenities.

What a fabulous caravan and location , we had a great week , the caravan was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful not damp and musty like some others do , was lovely and warm when we arrived , and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay , loved the location , seen muntjacs and squirrels. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and we will definitely be back .

Had a wonderful 5 day break in your lovely caravan. It was very comfortable, decorated very tastefully and a pleasure to stay there.. would definitely come back even our dog beamish was chilled out. Thourghly enjoyable thank you, Karen and Kevin beamish the dog.

What a beautiful holiday home in a lovely plot. The caravan is modern and well appointed with everything you could need for a stay. Having bedding and towels and extras like shower gel and washing up items is a bonus as it means less to pack. The outside space is great too with nice seating areas and the squirrels love to be fed nuts. We have stayed many times over the last 15 years at Kelli g Heath and this is probably the best so far. We will definitely stay again.

Fabulous accommodation in a secluded spot surrounded by nature, but still close to amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and great extras like WiFi and beautiful seating areas within the large garden really make this place feel like a retreat. Our 18 month old puppy loved it too and we cannot wait to return in September and see the new addition!

Just returned from a Bank Holiday Weekend break in this lovely caravan. In such a lovely quiet and secluded spot. Came home feeling fully rested and recharged. It was the cleanest we have ever stayed in - top marks to the person that cleaned it prior to our stay. It has everything you could possible need and is a home from home. No expense has been spared in kitting it out, everything is of high quality, stylish and well thought out. Strong WiFi is included which came in very handy and kept our daughter happy! The garden is of a very large size and included a lovely padded hammock. Kelling Heath is such a fantastic park and a real hidden gem. We had evening musicians/singers in the village square each evening, along with yummy visiting food trucks! Loaded fries and crepes/waffles are a must! Thank you for the use of your most excellent caravan :-)

We stayed here with our 2 year old and the caravan has just been perfect. The caravan has a great storage cupboard for coats and shoes to keep them out of the way and a boot holder for your wellies when they get wet. It also has plenty of room in the second bedroom for the travel cot as the beds move. It’s a really lovely bright, clean, modern caravan which is located on a great plot, very private with plenty of outdoor seating which we enjoyed when the sun came out. The caravan owners were so lovely when letting us know how to gain access and the guest information book that is here is a real lovely touch especially if you haven’t stayed at Kelling before. We will definitely be staying again.
