The caravan is in an ideal location for all onsite amenities. The caravan had everything we needed for a lovely long weekend, The views from the caravan of the sea were great. Loved the large American style fridge, lots of space. The caravan was clean and tidy.

Perfect long weekend, caravan had everything we needed and more. Weather was fabulous, views were amazing, could have stayed longer, Del was a great host, the beer and prosseco left for us as a welcome gift were much appreciated, hoping to return one day

First time at this caravan and most certainly won’t be our last. The caravan was spotless clean has everything you need and more. The walk from the caravan to St Andrews is lovely. Lots to see and do in this beautiful town plentiful shop , Bars and Restaurants. Derek was an fantastic host from start to finish and was on hand to help with anything. This caravan is perfect for couples and family and mostly for a very relaxing holiday week/ weekend.

A real home from home. The caravan is so comfortable, clean, spacious and has everything and more you need to enjoy your holiday, even down to DVDs and games for the kids to enjoy. I visited with my 3 young sons and we had an adventure packed few days in and around the beautiful town of St Andrews. The caravan is a 2 min walk from East Sands beach, where we went for walks and in search for treasure. Perfectly located to enjoy one of the nicest towns in Scotland, then you can look forward to returning to the caravan to relax in all the comforts it has to offer. Really excited to return as soon as we can.

What a lovely time we had. The caravan has everything you need and more with a library of dvds and plethora of board games to while away the hours. Absolutely spotless. Very comfy beds. A home from home. Great customer service from Derek from first contact till we parted ways. Have been twice. Once with family and once with friends. Ideal for both occasions. Will be back!!

First holiday in Scotland for many years was forced on my wife and I due to COVID restrictions and what a lucky break it was. St Andrew’s is a wonderful town even with partial restrictions there is lots to do and see. The caravan was spotless, the owner showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked. This welcome made us feel at home straight away. I would recommend this holiday to anyone. I am sure people with young families would love this holiday.

My husband and myself would definitely recommend staying in this spacious, well equipped and comfortable caravan. It has stunning views of the sea and St Andrews. Lovely sitting/dining area on outside decking. Our car was conveniently parked in front of the caravan. Two large supermarkets are only a short drive away. We enjoyed our beachfront walks from the caravan site into the beautiful historical town.....which has lots of pretty and individual shops, good restaurants, cafes and bars. There are carry out restaurants in the town and they will deliver meals to the caravan site. Spoilt for choice in the number of golf courses surrounding this Royal Burgh. The host was very pleasant and informative. He met with us on arrival and also on departure. Really looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely long weekend at this lovely caravan and site. Owners had thought of everything. Easy to deal with and van was immaculate and to a very high standard. Lots to do in surrounding areas or great if you just want a relaxing holiday. Glad to say we will be back this summer again ????

Great family friendly caravan site. The caravan was perfectly situated close to the beach and was spotless. Lots of dvds and games to keep everyone amused. Loved having the decked area for sitting in the sun. Would highly recommend booking and plan to rerun in the future!

This was our first time staying in St Andrews and it was a perfect holiday. The caravan is a five minute walk along the coastal path from the town centre or a a short drive away, which makes it ideal for visiting the town. Del was there to greet us when we arrived on site and to show us the facilities. He also gave advice on local places to visit. The caravan was spotless and spacious, with plenty of enteriment provided with dvds and games. Great host, fantastic caravan, cannot wait to stay again.

Perfect holiday in an awful year! Owners were brilliant from beginning to end, Del greeted us on site and showed us round. Beautiful, clean and comfortable caravan on a lovely site. The perfect base for beach walks and a stroll around the town finished with a pub trip or visiting the local ice cream parlour. You have all the facilities you need in the caravan and if you fancy eating out the site restaurant/bar is very welcoming for you and your dog. We would highly recommend.
