This is our 7th year as owners, we have welcomed plenty of new guests and many returning guests to our home from home holiday home.
We have tv in master bedroom.

SORRY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED WITHIN OUR CARAVAN, . Our Holiday Home is 2016 with a good size garden to side of van. Externally there is a patio area

We will NOW separate some of our dates due to being inundated with requests for short breaks, call for more details,
Internally we have 3 bedrooms with two being twin and one double. There is also a The living area is equipped with a 50inch TV and firestick, The lounge is comfortable and cosy with a fire Ideal for those cosy nights in. The rest of the caravan is heated with central heating. We have board games , a travel cot for our guests convenience. We now have a Wii console with plenty of games for family fun. WE CAN SUPPLY WIFI FOR AN EXTRA PRICE
Here is the cancellation T&C. ~
10.1. Should The Owner have to cancel the holiday because the caravan booked becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of The Owner, a full refund (including the deposit) will be given to The Hirer.
10.2. In the event of cancellation by THE HIRER, the following charges will apply:
Number of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable:
Length of Time Cancellation Charge
56 days or more The Full Deposit
55-29 days 50% of the total holiday cost
28 days or less 100% of the total holiday cost
10.3. The Hirer may NOT sell or pass on in any way the use of the caravan for the dates booked, even if The Hirer and their party cannot use the caravan
