Jim and Sue live and work happily in Poole, Dorset and have recently purchased a 6 berth caravan on the prestigious Weymouth Bay Holiday Park. Love our new holiday home and the surrounding area is full of wonderful places to visit. Looking forward to sharing our Nest with others. Have spent many years staying in caravans owned by others so its a joy now to have or own which is fitted out in a welcoming and homely way.

Description

The Nest is on Haven’s prestigious Weymouth Bay Holiday Park. Fully double glazed with gas central heating. Double room with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath making it ideal for the kids after a day on the beach. TV and storage space. Twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, gas oven and microwave. Lounge with TV and DVD player, flame effect fire and pull out bed with sliding patio doors leading to outside decking area with bistro set. Additional table and chairs for alfresco dining to the side and parking right outside.

Recently added holiday home The Nest is accessed by means of a key safe which means no need to queue on arrival. Haven amenities are great and include pools, a restaurant, amusement arcades, lazy river and crazy golf. Children's park and play areas are all to hand. A Haven pass is required to access some of these facilities and is not included in the price of the rental. This is available to purchase from reception on arrival. There is also an on-site mini supermarket and launderette. We can provide bed linen as an optional extra ( towels not included). Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are always provided unless requested otherwise. The caravan is cleaned thoroughly by a professional cleaner following the COVID 19 government guidelines prior to your arrival.

A 15 minute walk through beautiful countryside will take you to the beach where you will find a fun fair, bars, restaurants, stunning seaside views and access to coastal walks. You can walk into Weymouth via the beach and the prom or catch one of the frequent buses direct from the park. Weymouth has a wealth of other places to eat, drink and shop and a fabulous promenade and beach. Dorset is a stunning county with plenty places to visit.

Lovely welcoming holiday home for me, a friend and our 2 children. Furnishings were top notch and all the little homely touches were lovely. Tons of DVDs which my son enjoying going through along with the Google nest which us adults liked for some music in the evenings. Boys loved playing outside and I found it safe for them to play. Very close.to entertainment complex which was handy. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful caravan and for the welcome gifts of wine, milk, tea/coffee.

James and Sue were excellent and very willing with communication. Fabulous caravan, well situated on site. Extremely clean and well provided. Welcome package was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.

WELL WHAT I CAN SAY THIS WAS ONE OF THE NICEST CARAVAN I HAD THE CHANCE TO STAY IN PERFECT IN EVERYWAY FROM START TO FINISH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS THERE VERY CLEAN AND TIDY A LOVELY WELCOME BOOK WITH LOADS OF IMFORMATION OF PLACES TO GO AND SEE LOTS OF PHONE NUMBERS IN CASE NEEDED ALSO PLACES TO DINE PLUS THE BEST WELCOME PACK I HAVE EVER HAD AND VERY GOOD CONTACT FROM THE OWNERS FROM START TO FINISH MANY THANKS JIM AND SUE I WILL DEFINATLEY BE BACK THANKYOU SO MUCH

Travelled to The Nest with my husband and two older teenage children. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Great caravan, very clean, comfortable, the decoration was lovely had a very new feel about it, great location. The hosts left a lovely welcome pack which was greatly appreciated. The hosts were very informative and everything ran very smoothly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay here. We come to Weymouth every year and this has by far been the best caravan we have stayed in. Loved having my morning cuppa on the veranda and the bath was great for my little one. Jim and Sue were great and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking here again.

Just checked out from a lovely stay in this caravan i would highly recommend anyone that is looking to book this caravan to just book it, it has everything you could need its in a ideal location the communication with jim and sue has been amazing always answered any questions i asked and i would book again when i stay on weymouth bay again.

We had a lovely week, caravan is gorgeous, spacious and very clean, lovely welcome gifts which I was not expecting so great surprise. My daughter is 9 and she loved just being in the caravan, so relaxing. Well equipped, nice little touches around the place, which made it all so special. Great view from balcony. Everything you need on the caravan park too, swimming, restaurant, bar, arcade, park, shop. So helpful from start to end, even went out of there way to post us something we left behind, really grateful. Weymouth beach is just down the road which we love, loads to do, or other beautiful places to visit, just a short drive away. Would highly recommend this place, can't wait to come again.

A £50 deposit is required to confirm the booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival (must be paid by due date otherwise the booking will be cancelled and deposit kept).
a £50 care and respect charge will be added to your holiday price and will be refunded within 7 days if no damages or breakages.
Covid-19: In the event that the park closes before your holiday then an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be given.

We recommend you take out your own personal travel insurance to cover any costs in case you need to cancel your holiday.
