This very special van is not only comfortable for a family but has a wet room and wider sliding doors that makes perfect for those with disabilities. Private parking is next to the caravan with a ramp leading to a lockable gate ideal if you have little ones.
There are 2 bedrooms, the first is a spacious room the full width of the caravan that has a wardrobe and cabinets and a queen size bed with a full size mattress. In this room a travel cot can be used with ease. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, again with full size mattress’, a wardrobe with drawers and shelving. (A bed guard is in this room should it be needed). Both rooms also have charging points. Beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort and bedding is provided for all the beds and made up for your arrival.
The very spacious wet room that also has a shower seat and handles that should you need them. The shower is great.
A small selection of towels and tea towels are provided but please do not take them to the beach or swimming pools.
The modern kitchen has plenty of storage space and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay, including a full size oven, 4 ring gas hob with extractor fan, large built-in fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware.
In the lounge as well as a comfortable corner suite there is a dining table and four chairs, television with DVD player and an electric fire. There is a pull-out double bed that personal I would only use for a child.
The van is double glazed and has central heating.
Outside on the decked veranda you will find rattan seating and table so that you can sit outside and relax and take full advantage of the sunshine.
No pets allowed (assistance dogs by agreement). No smoking allowed. A deposit is required to secure bookings and a £50 damage deposit is refundable within 7 days after checks have been carried out.
The caravan is professionally cleaned ready for your arrival.
Our caravan is located on at the Parkdean Caravan Park complete with on-site facilities. We are situated in Willows Way which is a 2 minute walk away from the 3 heated outdoor swimming pools and the main complex comprising of a small shop and laundrette. The Venue Bar and Club provides nightly family entertainment, Tregenna Bar and Grill and Costa Coffee with big screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the main complex. Entertainment Passes are available from reception for a small fee. There are many play areas around the site for children to enjoy. Childrens' activities during the main holiday season are available (details from Parkdean Newquay)
Due to Park Rules No persons under 21 years of age and single sex groups are permitted to hire the caravan. We only take a maximum of 4 person per booking. Newquay town and beaches are a short drive away, there is a local bus stop at the entrance of the site into Newquay Town. Out of the busy season it's a fantastic place to just chill and relax. Park Passes are available from reception and are at an additional cost per person, and the site has 24 hr security.
Points of Interest in the local area are: Eden project, Padstow, Port Isaac - the home of Doc Martin is not far from the resort, along with Healey's cider farm, St Ives, Padstow and plenty more places to visit and things to do within Cornwall. There are many nearby, beautiful sandy beaches, of which Fistral is most famous for excellent surfing, Great Western Beach, Harbour Beach-all in Newquay. Slightly further afield - Crantock ,Watergate Bay, Constantine, Mawgan Porth beaches.
