The caravan was fabulous! This is the second time we have stayed there. It is clean, well-furnished and extremely well equipped. Unfortunately, the staff employed on the site were not good. We found them to lack interpersonal skills and at time rude. There were too few staff working at any one time as the queues were really bad. We queued for 40 minutes in the chip shop as only one person serving and on 2 occasions queued for over 15 minutes to get a coffee again only one person serving.

Had a lovely weekend away, the caravan was well maintained and you could tell a lot of thought had gone into it all. Plenty of little extras such as the xbox and dvds was a nice touch and had we been there longer probably would have been used. Especially appreciated the selection of leaflets of what there is to do in and around the area which was very handy. Thank you for a lovely weekend or memory making

Just returned from our second stay in Scott and Robbs wonderful caravan with our 7 and 5 year olds. Can't recommend this place enough, very clean and furnished lovely throughout, really nicely appointed, well set out and in a great position on the site. Short walk to the amenities and entertainment and a 2 minute walk to the lovely, quiet beach. The beds are really comfy and everything has been thought of, even down to the plastic kitchenware for the kids, picnic basket and plenty of games and DVDs if it's a rainy day. It's obviously very well cared for and you can tell the owners take pride in it. We will be back!

We had the best time at Scott & Robbs caravan, it was immaculately clean, modern, cosy and very accommodating. The extra bits like fold up chairs, wind breaker, beach tent, picnic basket and children toys came in handy and made our trip to the beach more enjoyable. The location of the caravan is in a nice quiet spot and only 5 minutes to the beach with a small park close by, great location for any family with children. Also there is a trail across the way that leads to Talacre beach, another lovely beach which houses a light house with a small rock pool that is perfect for crab catching, my children loved it. Overall we are very impressed with the accommodation and location and will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for making our holiday even more enjoyable, We are now very relaxed ????

Honestly cannot fault it! Everything is in the caravan that you could possibly need and more. This was our second time of booking and would happily book again. Excellent holiday had by all!

We have just finished our stay at this beautiful caravan and honestly, I can say that Scott and Rob have thought of everything! The caravan is beautiful, the decor is lovely throughout and the kitchen is perfectly stocked for everything that you would need to cook a full meal. Children are also catered for with plastic plates and utensils. Everything else that you could need is catered for and to a very high standard. Even down to such items as an xbox and dvds for those rainy days to picnic basket and beach chairs for the sunny ones. We didn't get chance to use them as we were so used to coming with everything we needed! The beds are so comfortable that you are well rested. The location of the caravan is at the end of the park which is perfect for the beach as its just a moments walk. The beach is beautiful with soft sandy dunes. We would be super happy to visit again :) Thank you Scott and Rob!

Fabulous caravan. Super clean, super well equipped. So comfortable. Right beside the sandy beach. Best part of park. Very easy to book, everything went through quickly and owners got in touch straight away with instructions. 5 star experience.

Fabulous caravan, well equipped. Very clean and tidy. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The resort is lovely, the pitch isn't too far away from anything. Overall we had a fantastic family holiday.

Scott and Robb were very Sufficient and accommodating from start to finish . The accommodation was exceptionally clean ,Had lots of extra little touches that made it feel like home , The beds were extremely comfortable, There is wifi at the property, The kids had a lovely surprise to find there was a xbox with lots of games and dvd's .Great location right by the beach which is Amazing ,Close to all amenities . I will definitely be back to make more memories . 5*

Immaculately clean caravan with everything you could want. Love the welcome pack too! Kitchen is fully equipped and the smart tv with dvd is great. My children loved the Xbox too. Very quiet location in the park but everything within easy reach. Great value considering the price of holidays at the moment. Will be making another booking!

Lovely, comfortable & clean caravan. Very well equipped with everything you need and more with extra you can use if needed like beech chairs, games, DVDs & Xbox great additions to save you taking extra with you. My family really enjoyed the stay and the home comforts make it even more enjoyable & relaxing.

Just returned home from a 4 night stay, beautiful caravan that is very clean and tidy. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, in the lounge there’s a Tv, Dvd's and Xbox with games for little ones. Caravan is situated in a great place, close to a park, beach and not to far from the main facilities. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Just returned home from a fab few days away. The caravan is perfectly situated, equal distance from both the onsite facilities and the long sandy beach. The caravan itself was home from home, everything has been thought about and catered for. Will definitely be re-booking, and for a longer stay. Thank you!

A lovely caravan based in an ideal location-the beach was a two minute walk away from the caravan. The caravan was very homely with a well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils crockery etc. The owners were very responsive to our messages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a fantastic holiday here. The caravan was spotless and very comfortable for us all. We managed to get into swimming and the evening shows a few times despite being heavily booked. The beach and the horse riding were our favourite parts. Totally recommend this. We did not want to leave.

Stayed in this van this week and can't fault anything & would highly recommend, Its beautifly decorated and the little touches make it feel homely, coffee machine, games console, all the kitchen accessory’s you could ever need, its spacious, really clean and tidy. We didn’t use any of the park facility’s so are unable to comment, except the shop and that was well stocked out with everything you need. The van is in an amazing location and a short stroll to the gorgeous sandy beach. There's plenty to see away from the park if you want to explore I can't wait to go back again AAAAA*******

Wonderful place! Cannot recommend enough! The location is outstanding right next to miles Abs mikes of golden beach. The park is on view for children to play at the caravan is impeccable. Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed in this van this weekend and cannot recommend it highly enough! Its beautify decorated and got a really homely feel to it. They have gone the extra mile to make your stay pleasurable. Coffee machine, games console, all the kitchen accessory’s you could ever need, its spacious, really clean, tidy with the most comfortable beds ever for a good nights sleep. We didn’t use any of the park facility’s so cant comment on that except the shop and that was well stocked out with everything you need. The van is in an amazing location and a short stroll to the gorgeous sandy beach. Can’t wait to go back again.

Had a great getaway with my partner and had friends visiting during. The caravan was really clean and comfortable. We didn't use the haven facilities but the beach was near enough on the doorstep and we walked 20 minutes and found a great pub called the point. The owners and the booking site were really helpful and even sent a little checklist before we left. It was close enough to all the amenities like the grocery store but was far enough that you didn't have all the noise I think you'd have in the main caravan area. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed here with my family in June for the weekend. The carvan was Beautiful 10/10 for the facilties and everything would 200% stay here again loved it. Presthaven sands is such a great site even during the covid situation there is still plenty to do to make your stay very enjoyable Thank you
