Oakdene Forest Park

Little Bay trees is in a very sunny spot at Oakdene Forest park, very close to a lovely open field and ideal for a quick run around. The van is situated on a very peaceful cul-de-sac, a five minute stroll from the main central reception and activity centre.
When you step into 'Little Bay Trees' you will be welcomed by complementary coffee/tea /sugar. All your bed linen with beds made up ready for you. There is an option to pre book a delicious welcome hamper too. You will find plenty of cleaning materials, T towels and bin liners to get you started on your stay.

Our home has two bedrooms, the master being very large and big enough to fit in a travel cot. The divan bed is a memory mattress and seriously comfy! The en-suite bathroom is well fitted and you will find complementary cotton pads and buds.

The second bedroom has children's books in the overhead cupboards and the wardrobe houses the vacuum cleaner ( should you need it)

The kitchen has a lovely central island and gives plenty of work space for you to either make a snack or create a full meal. The dining area has a handy drop leaf table and houses four chairs. There are two further chairs, ideal for six people staying at the van.

The lounge has a modern fireplace and two comfy sofas. One a wonderful sofa bed. The smart TV has all the gadgets today's guest needs. Netflix and full WIFI.

There is plenty of decking at the side of the van and a wonderful awning that can be wound out to protect from the sun. Decking table and chairs, plus a great gas BBQ. Welly boot box by the door on the decking There is an outdoor lockable storage box for storing bicycles, beach and outdoor gear etc. Plus an outdoor tap and hose for cleaning off outdoor boots, gear, dogs etc.

At little Bay Trees you can pre order delicious hand prepared dishes from GoodCooks ( a wonderful caterer based not far away) When you book your stay, Sally will send you the information about the dishes and once you have ordered they will be prepared and left in the large fridge for you on your arrival.
