3 Bedroom Willerby Salsa caravan available for you to enjoy your relaxing family holiday. Situated in a quiet area of the site and a short stroll from the fishing lakes. The caravan is open plan design and spacious for your family to enjoy. Parking on a numbered pitch a few steps from the caravan. This is a strictly non smoking or vaping caravan.
The caravan is cleaned for your arrival, with Covid safety rules and we expect guests to leave it as they find it. A welcome pack of coffee, tea ,sugar and milk sachets are included for refreshments on arrival!
Lounge area is open plan with large picture window for lovely views. Large open floor space for young children to play and enjoy. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Comfortable seating and also a gas fire for when needed.
Dining area has a large family sized table with comfortable seating. Large widows allowing lots of light and sun !
Kitchen area is spacious and well equipped with full size gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge and plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans.
Double bedroom has blown air heating, double bed and lots of wardrobe and storage space.
Twin bedded room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and storage space. Blown air heating.
3rd Twin bedroom also has 2 single beds and wardrobe. Blown air heating.
Shower room has a walk in shower enclosure, wash basin, W.C, storage shelves and a heater.

A deposit of £50 will secure your boking with full balance due 4 weeks before arrival. We also ask a £50 refundable care and respect bond which is refunded within 2 weeks of departure if no damage, loss or heavy cleaning required before arrival of next guest. Mattress covers are on all beds and they must not be removed pleased.
