About Our Van
Our family-owned Gold Standard with decking van is situated on Westacres in Littlesea with views towards Fleet Lagoon. It is in a quiet location but still only a five-minute walk from all the amenities. It has an enclosed decking area. It has two bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet & sink . A large shower room. Fully equipped kitchen ( with dishwasher & air fryer ). Generous lounge with sofa bed. Its fully double glazed and has gas central heating.
It’s our home from home. So, comes with extras that you don’t get in Haven vans, cushions, blankets, DVDs, a games console (with spare batteries), a Tassimo coffee machine & free unlimited WIFI.
All we ask is that you enjoy your holiday and treat our holiday home with care and respect.
In The Lounge Area
In the lounge you will find a 3-Seater Sofa (which is a comfortable sofa bed), a 2-Seater Sofa both with cushions and blankets for cooler evenings (not that the caravan ever feel cold but a movie is so much better with blanket). Freeview TV with a DVD player with a large selection of DVDS. A games console & with games and a selection of spare batteries because the always run out at just the wrong moment. A blue tooth speaker so you connect your phone/ iPad and listen to your favourite tunes whilst chilling out.
There is a coffee table with two poufs. It also has a feature fireplace perfect for winter evenings.
The airy lounge has full width sliding patio doors which allows access to the covered decking area (perfect given the unpredictable British weather) which has a table, chairs and bench with cushions. You can sit here on evening, watch the lovely views and beautiful sunsets.
In The Kitchen
The integrated kitchen has all equipment necessary to cater for 6 persons, including dishwasher, hob, oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, full-sized fridge freezer, and all china, cutlery, and cooking utensils. A Tassimo coffee machine. There is a free-standing dining table with 4 chairs and a highchair. There are children’s plates and cutlery as well. But with the Restaurants on-site and Papa Johns that will deliver to the van, we doubt you will want to cook every night. There are several local takeaways who will also deliver to the park as well.
A dyson, mop & bucket, dustpan & brush and an iron and ironing board are also provided.
The Sleeping Accommodation
There are two bedrooms plus comfortable sofa bed in the living room, so it sleeps 6.
Master Bedroom
The master has a comfy double bed with overhead light for bedtime reading and bedside tables, vanity table with large mirror & stool. A hairdryer. There are lots of wardrobe & cupboard space. A wall mounted TV. This leads to
En-suite toilet with handbasin, mirror & shelving.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has twin beds, although they can be pushed together to make a small double. It has a light over the bed for night time reading. There is a bedside table. A wall mounted TV with DVD player a wardrobe & storage space. There is also a wall mounted mirror.
Bedding
Linen for the beds is provided. However, you will need to bring your towels, dressing owns, bathmat & tea towels
Discount available if you wish to bring your own bedding.
The Family Shower Room
The family shower room contains a good size power shower enclosure, WC, sink within a vanity unit, mirror with light over, storage cupboard, shelving & electric shaver point.
There are many beautiful locations and attractions within a few miles of the park. Making it an ideal family vacation spot. There is a bus service from the Park into Weymouth at regular intervals.
It is just a short car or bus journey to the town centre of Weymouth and its famous blue flag beach.
Littlesea Park Facilities
As a 5 * Haven park, all the expected facilities are on-site including
Indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), entertainment complex with amusements, show bar with live shows & kids shows, outdoor play parks, outside activities such as shooting, bungee trampolining, hard service football courts, a ranger station, nature trails, tennis etc.
Small on-site supermarket, Launderette, Mash & Barrell Pub, Papa John Pizzas, Fish & Chip Shop.

Some activities require play passes. These can now be purchased on line before your visit allowing you the opportunity to book swimming and other activities in advance.
Other Amenities
There are also several supermarkets and 2 Pubs within walking distance. It is also possible to arrange a delivery of food so save bringing food with you.
For those that like to walk
Littlesea is located right on the South West Coastal Path. Whilst the whole Jurassic section is 115 miles in length there are many beautiful walks that can be accessed directly from the park. The South West Coast Path website shows all the walks with timings, difficulty and routes plans on. It also shares many gems of local history.

Other Information
The caravan is normally booked from Friday to Monday (3 nights) , or Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Friday (7 nights).
All gas and electricity are included in the price.
Two small/medium well behaved dogs accepted £25 charge each.

In an effort to help with the cost of living this year and trying to help keep prices reasonable for all.
I also offer payment plans which can be either weekly or monthly but means that you can spread the cost of your holiday out for easier budgeting and your last payment only needs to be 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Bookings & Conditions
All Haven parks are designed with families and couples in mind and Haven will normally turn away groups where all people are under the age of 21, similarly, no stag or hen parties are allowed.
We will need a non-refundable booking deposit of £100, with the balance of the holiday payable at 8 weeks before your holiday is due to start.
Payment plans either weekly or monthly are available.
If booking within the 8 week period, the full balance is payable immediately.
In addition, we require a £100 security deposit to cover any damage, loss, breakages, or the need for an excessive clean. This is returned immediately checking the caravan at the end of your holiday assuming that all is in order.
We are able to accept card payments subject to a 3% booking fee.
