Our family caravan sleeps 6 comfortably in 1 double and 2 twin rooms. It is situated in Balmoral, which is a quieter area of the park. This area is completely flat, with no hills, allowing easy access to the beach, shops, Sands entertainment complex and The Duck Inn pub.

There is a ramp leading to the door and decking to the front with patio furniture. The caravan is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac, next to a small footbridge, so there is no through traffic. There is a spacious green area to the front of the caravan. Due to its position, it catches the sun all day.

Space for 2 cars at rear of caravan.
Patio below the decking for BBQs, games, eating.
TV. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 toilets.
Mains gas and electricity included - no bottles to change.
Duvets and pillows provided, please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels.
Our caravan is pet and smoke free.
Family groups welcome, no single sex parties.

Weekly Saturday to Saturday bookings only, no mid-week or weekend breaks available.

Entertainment passes for the pool and clubhouse are available to purchase at reception.
Deposit of £100 is required to secure the date. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before travel.
Refundable £100 security bond to be paid before the start of your holiday, which will be returned within 7 days of checkout.
