‼️ TWICE NOW WE HAVE HAD GUESTS NOT USING SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES OR DUVET COVERS AND FOUND SICK ON THE PILLOWS DUVETS AND MATTRESS PROTECTORS, AS FROM NOW WE WILL BE DEDUCTING FROM YIUR SECURITY BOND TO EITHER WASH OR REPLACE WHATS NEEDS FROM STAINS ETC SO PLEASE ALL WE ASK IS PLEASE BRING A BOTTOM SHEET AND DUVET COVERS AND PILLOW CASES THANKYOU ‼️

All I ask is that you leave the caravan the way you found it which is clean and tidy thankyou

3 bedroom deluxe 2016 model caravan on Tamarisk way with seaviews is available to hire at Haven Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth. This caravan now has decking.

It is well maintained and a full inventory can be found in the caravan ensuring you have the best holiday. It is well loved and cared for by its private owner.

Lounge - There is a large amount of wrap around seating in the lounge, with gas fire and tv.

Kitchen - Fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Dining Area - Freestanding table with fixed seating and extra stools.

Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed.The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Also bed settee in the lounge. Sleeps up to 8.

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but due to covid restrictions you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

⛔If we find people just using the duvets and willows without covers we will deduct the amount from the £100 security bond⛔

Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin in a further room.

Situation - The caravan is situated on Tamarisk Way has seaviews from t and is close to the complex. A great location and our own parking bay

The keys for the caravan will be passed to you by ourselfs on meet and greet are in a key safe located at the caravan so no queuing at reception. Check in is 4pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

All entertainment passes must be purchased by yourself direct from haven on the day of arrival

Thank you so much for letting us have a fantastic week in your caravan . Hayley and Mike are very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely be looking to book again . Wow what an amazing week we have had, we come to Devon alot so we know what to expect from the area beautiful as ever. But to to find good accommodation is important and we were not let down. A beautiful clean caravan with everything you need to make you feel at home , and a warm welcome from Hayley and Mick on arrival .

Absolutely wonderful caravan. The owner was extremely good at communications pre booking and also during the holiday. The caravan is extremely clean and tidy and the outdoor decking area was extremely pleasant in the evening to sit out and enjoy the views. We will definitely be booking with them again, had a wonderful holiday

Such an amazing time with the family for a weekend away. Thank you to Hayley and her husband for allowing us to book. Met Hayley on arrival to a well looked after and clean caravan with some added treats (biscuits) which you can never turn down. Entertainment was brilliant all ages especially in the evening so worth purchasing a play passes just for that. Just about everything was there to keep the kids busy and not bored. Thanks again and will be booking again maybe an annual thing for us.

The owner was very welcoming and the caravan was lovely and clean. There were lovely views of the sea and all the facilities were nearby. Would definitely stay here again we had a lovely holiday.

The caravan was in a lovely spot with a sea view and large grass area for our children to play on. The caravan was lovely and clean, spacious and comfy. The owners were very helpful and responded to any questions promptly. Would highly recommend.
