Welcome to 'Coastal Cosy' - our beautiful, well equipped & cosy holiday home in an excellent position on the 5* Hoburne Park site on the edge of Christchurch, Dorset.
Lounge - cosy lounge with comfortable corner sofa offering seating for all guests. TV with built in DVD player for those cosy evenings in. Feature electric fire.
2 bedrooms -
Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobes & dressing table.
Twin bedroom - 2 single beds, wardrobe & storage.
Kitchen -
Fully equipped with everything you'd need for family meals. Under the counter fridge (with small freezer compartment). Electric double oven and electric hob, microwave oven. Plenty of utensils & crockery for a family of 4.
Shower room -
Good sized shower cubicle with power shower, wc and basin.
Central heating and heated towel rails in shower room make it suitable for Spring & Autumn stays.
Close to the beautiful New Forest for country walks with your four legged friend.
A short drive from the Saxon town of Christchurch with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants & the Quay. Slightly further afield are Southbourne, Boscombe, Bournemouth, Lymington and Poole. Within a 10 minute walk (through the gate at the bottom of the park) is the stunning Highcliffe Castle with grounds leading down to Avon Beach.
A deposit will be required to hold your booking & full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned to you 5 days after your departure date providing there is no damage. This will be refunded back to you, automatically, by carvans4hire providing no damage claim has been made.
Bedding & towels are supplied free of charge & all beds will be made up for your arrival. If you wish to bring your own, please let me know.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN POOL/BEACH TOWELS.
We also provide tea towels, oven gloves & bath mats.
A small welcome tray is provided with tea, coffee & sugar - just enough to get you started & for that first cuppa when you arrive.
We also provide washing up liquid, kitchen sponge, j cloth, kitchen paper towel & toilet rolls to get you started.
DOGS MAY BE ACCEPTED WITH PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER. PLEASE MAKE THE REQUEST AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. WE PROVIDE A FLEECE BLANKET FOR YOU TO PROTECT THE SOFA SHOULD YOUR FOUR LEGGED FRIEND WANT TO SIT WITH YOU N THE SOFA!
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is, strictly, 10am. This is to give us plenty of time for the turnaround clean before our next guests arrive.
We ask all guests to kindly strip the beds on your departure (except the mattress & pillow protectors) and leave the dirty linen, along with the towels, on the bathroom floor.
Leisure passes -
Leisure passes are required in order to use the on site facilities - indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, The Venue. These cost just £50 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (or £25 per day). Payment is made directly to the owners & we apply for you as our guests. Information will be sent to you when you've booked.
We aim to provide everything you'd need for the perfect holiday, but, if we are missing anything, please let us know. We are always looking at ways to improve our home and, in turn, your holiday.
