Fantastic caravan like a home from home. Easy to contact owners and they kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Caravan very clean. Balcony is great gets the sun most of the time.

Great communication from the start and throughout. The Caravan was absolutely lovely, I found the gated outside seating area a real bonus for our 3 yr old to explore & play boo ????. The site is brilliant too, the staff are great & location is spot on. Thank you!

I returned back to the caravan with my elderly parents as we had a wonderful time in Sept 2021 The caravan was in great condition still. The weather was great so sitting on the decking was lovely. So much to do within the area I would not hesitate to book again or definstely recommend to anybody else

I had booked a week in this caravan to spend some time as a family, my parents also came with us. I have to say from the moment we arrived it was lovely. The caravan was so clean and well equipped and there was even a little welcome pack left for us with some tea, coffee, milk and some biscuits. This was a really thoughtful extra touch which my Mum was so thankful for as she was gasping for a cuppa ???? The communication from the owners was also superb and any queries I had priory or during our holiday were responded to quickly. Cannot recommend this caravan high enough and we are already booked for next year ????

Fantastic customer service when booking holiday and sent all instructions by text and email and replied promptly. Accommodation was first class with lots of additional extras making us feel right at home and made our holiday very enjoyable. Very good value for money and would love to stay again. Due to location of caravan we were only a short walk from all site facilities and the beautiful sandy beach.

Wanted to take my parents away due to not being able to travel overseas. Its been about 45 years since i went to Great Yarmouth. After looking for a caravan I came across this one and was surprised it was still available. I messaged them and got a very quick response. They booking correspondence was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. I love the fact that you know the caravan number and where it is on the site to begin with. The caravan has so much to offer my main item was the dishwasher so i packed my dishwasher tablets to make use of this great facility. There were so many plates, cups,bowls, knives, forks and spoons The oven is a good size too there is also a microwave, toaster too The Caravan hosts have thought so much about what to put in the caravan to make stays enjoyable. The rattan furniture on the terrace was lovely to have, it gave you more space to utilise There is Wifi and a tv in the lounge with a good selection of channels and tv in the main bedroom too I would not hesitate to rebook this caravan and definitely recommend people to book There are lots of places to visit which are near by I had my car however I did see many buses which people were catching there was even a open top bus If you book this caravan I don’t think you will regret it. We did not and are now thinking about a mini break next year.

Caravan was lovely to be in, beach is a nice 5 minute walk away which also has a nice little cafe & pub nearby. Roughly about 25 mins drive up to great yarmouth, be prepared to spend some money though as it can get quite expensive depending on what you have planned. We booked a few places, hippodrome circus best we've been to by far & bewilderwood the kids & us adults loved it ????. The only downside I had was the park Dean swimming pool where you only got to spend 45 mins in, the entertainment was quite poor and the drinks where quite expensive for what you got, but apart from that the staff where more than happy to help. We stayed at this caravan for 4 nights and loved every second of our stay, I can’t rate it highly enough. Communication with the owner was superb, very helpful with any queries. Will definitely use them again when we come back to California cliffs.

Lovely caravan exceptionally clean with lovely clean fluffy bedding nice to have coffee tea biscuits on arrival nice touch the owners were easy to contact and were amazing when the TV went on the blink they went out of their way to bring us a new one within 24 hours even though we could have used one in the bedroom outstanding totally recommend staying in this caravan it was brilliant

My family and I can’t stop talking about the amazing time we had at California cliffs. The caravan was so clean and easy to keep tidy and clean. The children made use of the board games that were in the caravan. It was lovely to relax in between activities and days out. There is so much to do on site and short drives can take you to amazing places to visit. We made use of the decking area a lot when the weather was nice. I would recommend Clair’s caravan to anyone. Fantastic value for money. We also had friends who own a caravan on site who enjoyed visiting while we were there and said how lovely it was. Thank you again and hope to book with you again soon!

Had a great stay in this caravan. Nice touches on arrival with items like soap, hot drinks and biscuits left out. Everything you might need is there. Decking area lovely to sit out on when warm Beds nice and comfortable Good position on site as not far from all amenities. Easy communication with owners who were very helpful with any questions i had. Will definitely recommend and return

Just had a lovely weekend away in this caravan that is spacious, well equipped, cosy, clean and very comfortable. There is a desk where my kids well enjoyed playing out! It is very save. Easy to find, lots of space to park few cars. Perfect emplacement, only few minutes walk to restaurant, laundrette, swimming pool, mini golf, park and beach. All you need to enjoy a relaxing time away with the family. We will definitely book again.

Mum and I have recently returned from a 4 night stay in this lovely caravan! It’s spacious, clean, comfortable, cosy, well equipped and is exceptionally well looked after with parking for a couple of cars right outside! The owner has recently had decking put up which really makes the caravan stand out from the rest...ideal for small children to play on and be safe! It is situated just a few minutes walk from the site amenities which has small shop, clubhouse, restaurant, 2 small swimming pools and a fish and chip takeaway which is a must! The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the site. Would we stay in the same caravan again....yes most definitely! Frances & Margaret

Just home from a lovely holiday here, Caravan was perfect, very clean and had everything we could need in it and with the added bonus of 2 TVs ( one in main bedroom ) both with access to prime video, Netflix and Disney+ which kept the kids and us entertained in the evenings. Beds were really comfy, 5 minutes walk from the beach. On site park and facilities good. Loved the chips from the chip shop. Definitely will be booking it again, can’t wait to go back.
