Description

3 bedroom deluxe plus caravan sleeps up to 8. Family shower room and separate toilet and sink. Located on Gorse Hill area with seaviews ideal location for complex and beach.

It is well maintained and a full inventory can be found in the caravan ensuring you have the best holiday. It is well loved and cared for by its private owner.

Lounge - There is a large amount of wrap around seating in the lounge, electric fire, DVD player and tv.

Kitchen - Under counter fridge, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Dining Area - Freestanding table with fixed seating and extra stools.

Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Sleeps up to 6.

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin.

Situation - The caravan is situated on Gorse Hill, close to complex and 2-3 mins walk to the beach.

The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 3pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Caravan in desperate need of updating/renewing and a big clean.There were spider webs everywhere inside and mouldy curtains and stains on carpet,ripped table top,steps into caravan were coming away and need fixing asap as dangerous,cushions on sofa were ripped and smelt old.Caravan was in good location and good size caravan.

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require a final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn't smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bank transfer.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
