About the owner

CJ’s Holiday Homes is a small & friendly family business and has been established over fourteen years. We provide holidays at Butlins, Skegness and also Tattershall Lakes. We have a range of spacious modern caravans and Lodges for hire. They are extremely clean, comfy and equipped to the highest standards with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. We have two children, one daughter who is 24 and a son who is 15. We understand the importance of a holiday and that the caravans must be cosy, clean and a safe environment for families. We try to ensure everything you need is there for you including free use of our nursery equipment and a washing machine in some of our caravans. We want you to enjoy every holiday moment spent with us at CJ’s Holiday Homes in Butlins, Skegness and Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire.

Swift Bordeaux – 12ft x 38ft x 3 Bedrooms

Only a 5 min walk to the main Merlin complex. Stunning open aspect executive holiday home. Beautifully finished in a modern contemporary style. Neutral colours throughout. An ideal choice for those families wanting a little bit more luxury. The double master bedroom includes a huge dressing table and fitted wardrobes to the side and also over the master bed, plenty of space for your personal items & clothes. A travel cot can fit in this room. To complete this we a have en-suite with toilet and wash basin. Further down the hall is our family bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin. To the front of our holiday home there are patio doors complete with wrap around decking with patio set.

1 x Double Bedroom.

2 x Twin Bedrooms.

1 x Small Double Pull Out Sofa Bed

We can provide a bed guard & travel cot with this caravan. Included in the price (sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot).
Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins Skegness passes are all included in the price.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.

All we ask is that you respect our Lodge and please leave it clean as found when leaving.
Our Lodge is family friendly and we do not allow smoking.

Only a short walk to the hub of Tattershall lakes. Swimming Pool. Gym. Restaurants, Shop, Entertainment venue, Jet Ski lake, Fishing Lakes. Aerial Adventure, Kids Playground, Crazy Golf, Outdoor Cinema etc.

This caravan sleeps up to 6 guests in beds. Majority of guests must be over 25 years. Will accept a small well behaved dog.

Non- refundable deposit of £130 to secure your booking plus a £6 admin fee. Balance plus a £125 refundable security bond is due with the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay.

Bookings must be made online through our secure website with a debit card. Balance can be paid the same way or through bank payment/transfer.

A booking confirmation will be emailed with in 24hrs. Payment receipt will be issued immediately.
