- Check-in time: 3pm / Check-out time: 10am

- Keys are left in a key-safe box on the door of the caravan. Please message me the night prior to arrival for the code. Please do not arrive at the caravan before 3pm as it will be in use by our cleaners and access will denied until 3pm onwards.

- Keys should be left in the key-safe box on departure with numbers scrambled to secure the lock – This code is changed after each stay.

- We as the owners, take no responsibility for any damage or theft to your personal belongings

- Duvets and pillows will be provided however you will be are required to provide your own bedding sheets/covers and towels.

- Dogs welcome – however dogs which are not fully housetrained must NOT be left unsupervised in the caravan at anytime and must NOT go on any of the furniture

- You will be charged for any damages and breakages - deducted from security bond

- All used crockery and cutlery must be washed/put away prior to departure – this is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners – you will be charged £25 if pots are left for the cleaners

- Bins must be emptied/taken out prior to departure – this is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners – you will be charged £25 if bins are not emptied

- You must take all food you brought with you – you will be charged £25 for any food removal our cleaners have to throw out

- In any event a £100 security bond is required to secure dates up to 7 nights. This bond is refundable once departure checks have been completed. The security bond is non-refundable in the event of any holiday cancellations. ...Show less
