The caravan is a deluxe 2019 caravan and is still like new ... The caravan is cleaned to a very high standard. The carpets and sofa get cleaned professionally every month by myself and curtains every 3 months so everything is all fresh.

We include your toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, , bin bags, tea, coffee and sugar, as well as cleaning items. When leaving we just ask that you leave the caravan tidy, empty the bins and fridge so the cleaner can spend the time cleaning the caravan to a high standard and not have to spend the time tidying around before being able to start cleaning. We have books, games and a few outdoor games for your enjoyment and to keep your family entertained. The bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and a double walk in shower. In a separate room there is also a toilet and wash basin. Guest will need to take own towels .
Entertainment passes are not included. You will need to purchase these, this can be done through haven. You will get an email from haven once you have booked with a code. You need this code to be able to book your play passes. In the summer holidays you will need to book swimming as this is still a booking system. Ideally need to be looking to book as soon as you can 7 days prior to holiday.

Restaurant serves food outside and a booking system inside, but please remember if you are wanting to dine on a Sunday then you will need to book a table.

Prices for 2022
Off peak £25 adults, £13 child 4-15years, under 4’s are free. Peak dates are 22nd July - 29th Aug & 21st Oct - 04th Nov are priced at £37 adult, £18 child 4-15years, under 4’s free, based on 4 night breaks.

We have a dog crete that can be placed around the steps to caravan
So the dogs can go in and out the caravan with out running off we put the crete around the caravan steps so the younger children can go in and out the caravan as well so the children
Stay safe as well ..we can leave the crete out for guest if required.

Travel cot is available as well as a high chair if guest request these items.

Had a lovely week away with son daughter in law and our 2 granddaughters a lovely clean caravan basically it’s a home from home everything you need even a patio with bench so you can relax outside in the sunny weather. Thank you again Carrie will definitely be back again and again .

had a wonderful time in this caravan with my two sisters and two dogs. Perfectly situated if you have dogs as lovely walk just around the corner and ten minute walk to the beach. Owner very helpful and really nice will be using this caravan many times hopefully. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday we all loved it cant wait to return. thanks Carrie

We had a brilliant time at Weymouth bay . So many lovely places to visit in the surrounding area . The caravan was lovely , very clean & tidy &in a great location too! Close to the amenities & just a short walk to the path to the beach . The owner was really helpful , always quick to answer any of our questions & had left us everything we needed for our stay , all the little personal touches were fantastic & made all the difference! So much thought had been put in to what you would need whilst on holiday ..The tea, biscuits , sugar & bread were greatly appreciated when we arrived too ! We will definitely be returning & looking to book this caravan again. Amazing !

Lovely van with loads of little extras to make life so much easier, unable to book any activities with haven but that’s COVID for you. Great location near to beach access and clubhouse and no complaints at all. We used TV for music so my only tip to make it even better would be a wireless speaker/radio and some outdoor furniture to enjoy the weather and location: great break and best van having been to same site 3 x and would boom again for next year
