Sunny veranda that gets the sun all day, perfect for sun bathers and always has an area for shade as well for those not so keen on the sun.

It has its own utility room for the washer dryer and storage.

Kitchen has eye level oven, full size fridge freezer, dish washer and microwave.

Each bedroom has a tv wall mounted.

The master bedroom is spacious with full size window looking out to the veranda and a bathroom en-suite.
