Sited on Sycamore court 5 mins from the main complex, children's play area, dog exercise area, and scenic views of Filey and Scarborough from the clifftop only a short walk away.

Our home from home is fully double glazed, with full gas central heating and a wall-mounted electric fire, to ensure warmth throughout. The caravan comprises of:

Master bedroom with toilet and sink, 2 x twin bedrooms with a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen is provided within the rental price however, you will need to provide your own towels as we do NOT provide these.

The main bathroom comprises of a shower unit, washbasin, and toilet, with a second W/C for added convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
Fridge/Freezer intergerated
Gas cooker/hob/grill
Microwave
Kettle & Toaster
Saucepans
Oven tray
Utensils
Glassware, Crockery & Cutlery for up to 6 people

Lounge- is open plan, with the following:
50" flat-screen tv
Wall-mounted electric fire with backlighting
A freestanding table and chairs/stools in the dining area.

Check-in will be from 4PM onwards on your day of arrival.

Check out is by 10AM on your departure date (check out after 10AM may incur additional charges)

Please Note: That in addition to the rental cost, there will also be a refundable upon checkout inspection, damages deposit of £100. Full payment is due 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday. However, full payment will be required at the time of booking for any bookings made within 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Entertainment/Fun passes are NOT included in our prices these can, however, be purchased from main reception upon arrival.

Very clean and comfortable. Only a 5 min walk (if that) to the shop/restaurant and entertainment if you buy the passes. We didn't as we were out elsewhere most of the time, but it was nice to know we'd be coming back to a nice place to stay. Very pleasant overall. Thank you.

Me and my husband had a fabulous 3 nights in the caravan . It has everything you need , very clean and comfortable . The wrap around decking was a lovely bonus. It was in a quiet part of the park and within walking distance to the shop , restaurant and entertainment. We did enjoy sitting in the bar at the back of the restaurant watching the women's euros. It was just what we needed for a short break. Excellent communication with the lovely owner Debra, who confirmed key code for the caravan. No problems at all and we would love to stay again.

We had a lovely time in this caravan everything you would need, it is in a lovely peaceful position in a cul de sac . The evening sun is on the veranda so nice to sit and relax. Only 5min walk to complex, the owner was very helpful from booking all the way to arriving. Would book again thanks ????

What a fab caravan. From start to finish we had the best time ever. Key is in a key safe but Debra gives you the number before booking in. The van is spacious and has everything you will need for your stay. The wrap around decking was great as it was very warm and having the benefit of sitting outside with a wee glass of wine in the summer heat was great. The van is situated on a lovely pitch away from the biz but is only a 3 minute walk to the complex. The van has 2 toilets which is a god send if you have 2 teenagers. Main bedroom has a tv which was great just to chillax after a long day. Beds were made up for arrival. This van is amazing and hopefully we will be back soon.
