Birkdale 14 is an immaculately presented, extremely well equipped two-bedroom (6 berth) holiday home, at Haven's award winning Hopton Holiday Village.
Our 2016 Pemberton Park Lane is a luxurious and spacious, 'Platinum' rated holiday home, located on the ever-popular Birkdale cul-de-sac. Being a pretty, leafy area of the park with no through traffic, it is every parent’s dream as one can sit and enjoy the sunshine whilst watching your kids enjoy themselves, as the van overlooks the children’s play area. The main complex, shop and golf course are also just a short 5-minute walk away, with the beach an approximate 10-minute walk.
Measuring 42' x 14' it comes with double glazing, central heating to all rooms and large wrap-around decking, which is accessible from all doors (apart from rear). The decking also has an access gate, so toddlers are kept safe and secure!
Lounge – Luxurious lounge suite with sofa-bed and 2 arm chairs, ottoman and large flat screen TV / DVD player and a flame effect electric fire with remote control.
Kitchen / dining area – The well equipped kitchen offers plenty of worktop / cupboard space and includes a 5-burner gas hob with externally vented extractor hood, high level cooker with separate oven and grill as well as an integrated microwave. There is also a large integrated fridge / freezer, integrated dishwasher. The dining table seats 4 people, with a further 2 on the bar stools provided. The caravan also has a separate utility room, complete with a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board and further storage.
Family bathroom – Large shower, basin and WC, with over-head storage cabinets.
Master bedroom – The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a king-size bed, dressing table with storage, a walk-in-wardrobe and a large flat screen TV / DVD. It also has an en-suite bathroom with large shower, basin with overhead storage and WC.
Twin bedroom – The twin bedroom is also very spacious and features larger than average single beds, a dressing table and fitted wardrobes and cupboards.
Outside – Here you’ll find a nice patio area with gas BBQ and a large picnic table with parasol, perfect for alfresco dining on those warm sunny Hopton evenings. The gas bottle is included for your convenience, all that we ask is that the BBQ is left how it’s found. Should the BBQ gas run out during your stay, please exchange for same bottle at local BP in Hopton, we will reimburse the cost involved. Further patio chairs and beach equipment / toys are also available in the lock-up.
Pillows and duvets are supplied (2 double and 2 single duvets and 12 pillows). Please supply your own bed linen, as well as towels, flannels, tea towels and toiletries as they are not supplied.
Gas and electricity included as standard. The van has piped gas, so no need for any inconvenient mid-week bottle changes!
The caravan also has a dedicated parking space, with an additional space next to it if vacant.
A £75 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any booking, leaving the balance, PLUS an additional £100 refundable security deposit payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
Security deposit will be transferred within 10 days from completed holiday, subject to the caravan being left in the same condition as on arrival, clean & without damage.
