The park high above Bideford Bay, with views out over the sea, this spacious 2018 Abi St. David at Bideford Bay Holiday Park and is for hire for week and short breaks throughout the year.
It boasts a nice outdoor area perfect for all the family.
Inside, the home is laid out in an open-plan style with a spacious lounge-diner and a well equipped kitchen, with a gas cooker (oven and hob), microwave, toaster and a fridge/freezer. There is a brand new 39" Smart TV with FreeView and DVD Player and Playstation 4 with a limited selection of games
A door leads from the kitchen area into a short corridor, which takes you first on the right to the family shower room with wash basin and toilet; straight on to the main bedroom with bed, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite toilet with wash basin; and through the first door on the left the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, which can, if required, be reconfigured to form a double bed, and a small wardrobe. Through the second door on the left there is also another bedroom with two single beds and a small wardobe. A pull-out bed in the lounge can be utilised to expand the sleeping area more. The Second door on the right in the hallway encloses the combo boiler where you can set the heating to perform as you'd like.
Bedding can be supplied as an optional extra There is central heating and instant hot-water supplied via a gas combination boiler. An electric fan heater integrated in the feature fire place in living room and plenty of radiators within the caravan.
This Pitch benefits from a parking area to the front of the caravan and also round the side, this is first come, first served but there is usually plenty of space available.
There is also plenty of plug sockets throughout the caravan including USB sockets in both the dining room and the Master Bedroom. The bathroom and the en-suite also have heated handrails.
High chair and travel cot can be provided if needed but must be advised in advance.
