Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Wildflower Meadows area at Primrose Valley Holiday Park and has its own private parking next to the caravan. Its located around a 4-5 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access.

Outside Area: The wrap around decking has a gate making it enclosed and includes a table and chairs to enjoy the stunning, panoramic sea views.

Living Area: The holiday home has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a two and three seater freestanding sofa, a 42’ smart TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler, wireless charging point and a full size fridge freezer. There is a dining table seating 6. The caravan also has free Wi-Fi.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 2 Bedrooms (1x double and 1x twin) sleeping 6 guests in total with the double sofa bed. Both bedrooms come with their own TVs and a vanity dressing area. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for all guests staying in this holiday home. There is a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a waterfall shower, toilet and wash basin separate en-suite to the master.

Heating: The holiday home is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the holiday home is from 2pm on your arrival date. On the holiday home we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the holiday home itself.

Arrived and was amazed at how beautiful the caravan was. Everything was high quality and like new. Views where beautiful and in the location was perfect so peaceful. Will be back again. Thank you for a luxury stay.

Just got back from are stay at primrose valley fileybay Good weather till Wednesday but didn't spoil are stay we stayed in a beautiful caravan wich had everything you needed and the views as you opened the patio doors was beautiful I would definitely recommend booking with fileybay holiday let's we was on rose view c 10 beautiful location just like to thank everyone for the communication with my booking made it so easy will be booking again Thank you all

Fantastic location, easy check in. And matched up to exactly what it said in the description . Would be very helpful during these times if there was a way that you can book facilities using the app through the lettings company as we didn’t get to use the facilities due to being booked up. This down to haven however.
